Mike wonderful to work with on my HVAC questions. He advised me what needed to be addressed immediately and identified items that were down the road or didn't need addressing at all. He is very knowledgeable and answers questions without all the HVAC rhetoric and no sales hype. Couldn't be more please with the work performed.

Lee with L&M was available with a few days (vs 2 week lead time for HVAC installer) to fix a relatively common maintenance HVAC issue. Lee was all around responsive and showed up as scheduled. He fix the issue and explained to me the cause and fees paid were very reasonable. I will use him for my future HVAC needs. A+

Mike is a really nice guy! He showed up in the appointment window, assessed my AC unit and was finished under 60 minutes. He also told me some other things I could do to improve the airflow in my home. I highly recommend you have him check out your AC unit this summer.

L&M was amazing to work with. They were super responsive to our inquiry and through texts. They were knowledge, professional and very friendly. When an issue popped up right after installation, they were on top of it to fix it (issue from the manufacture not L&M). They seemed fairly priced and quality of work is top notch.

They found and replaced safety issues our inspector missed and also installed a new heat pump. Courteous, knowledgeable, & thorough. Highly recommended!

This is one of the rare firms that is very responsive, doing a great (& clean!) job when installing or maintaining HVAC systems. We have relied on them for two houses that recently underwent complete renovations.

On Friday our furnace stopped working and it was late enough in the afternoon that I felt we were doomed to being chilly the entire week-end. I got in touch with L&M
HVAC and they were at our house Saturday morning and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend using them.

Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful. He got us some replacement parts for our furnace from the manufacturer under warranty and fixed not just the issue we called about but some other odd noises the furnace was making as well.

Our current Ecobee system lost power. I called for a service the same day Mike was able to come by at the end of the day to troubleshoot the issue. Mike was very professional and knowledgeable and completed our service. We ended up getting a new Ecobee system installed since the older model was unfixable. Highly recommend this company to anyone!

I hired L&M to install an evaporative cooler. They weren’t the cheapest, (but still reasonably priced) but they were friendly and knowledgeable and happy to answer all my questions. No attitude or impatience. Felt like having a friend who also is a HVAC contractor. Would definitely use them again!

Very impressed! I had an issue with the hot water heater where the pilot was out but the burner would not light. I was about to call one of the biggest names in town because I was familiar with them, but my buddy recommended L&M instead due to recent issue with the big name. They arrived several hours later on a Friday to assess the problem and gave me the option to repair or replace and suggest replacement because my unit was 11+ years old. I went with replacement and they schedule me for 9-10am on Monday. They arrived at 920, were clan and showered, and replaced my unit while also bringing a few small issues up to code. And, they fixed my dryer vent in the process. Great company! I will certainly call them again if I need them, which I hope I don’t.

Mike was amazing! He changed out my thermostat with no problems! Very reasonably priced and on top of that he gave me a senior discount! I will be calling him with any of my future needs for myself, family and friends! Very nice, honest person! Thanks Mike!

Mike is amazing! He was perfectly on time or early on every service visit and he got the job done. L&M have some very knowledgeable people and I really trust their recommendations and their work. They're also reasonably priced for expert work. We'll be using them next time!
