Mike was professional and spent an hour talking about technical details of the installation and answering all of my nerdy technical questions. He worked with me to find my ideal AC/Furnace pairing and quickly scheduled the work to be done on my preferred schedule. The work was done cleanly in a single day and so far I am very happy with the upgraded system. After installation our humidifier wasn't working properly and Mike promptly came back and quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. I would recommend L&M to my friends and family.

I was so grateful for Lee. He came the very next day after I called him. I had been waiting for another company to come out only to have my appointment canceled with them the hour before they were supposed to show up and could not come back for another week.
