HVAC reviews in Westminster, Colorado

I moved into a house where Service Experts had installed a new furnace just three years ago and it’s the worst installation imaginable. The issues are so blatant that it’s hard to see how they got away with it, except by taking advantage of the elderly prior owners. A few examples:

* The furnace isn’t even connected to the return air vent, it just pulls air from the utility closet (see photo).
* Filters have to be wedged into the ductwork with a metal rod after unscrewing the front plate—there’s no proper filter slot.
* They used improper connectors to join aluminum and copper wiring, a serious fire hazard. There are even melted components inside the unit from installation errors.

We now have to pay around $4,000 to have another company completely reinstall it just to make it functional and safe. Avoid this company at all costs.

We've used Service Experts for nearly 30 years and they've always treated us right. Competitive pricing, quick response and knowledgeable staff. Today Delray was at our home to address problems with our furnace. He resolved the issue quickly, educated us on the problem and was a pleasure to work with.

We have been a customer for over 20 years and wouldn't change a thing. They have always been there for us whenever we have had issues with our furnace or a/c system. Prices are good and the technicians are so nice and knowledgeable and actually care about their clients servicing. Highly Recommend this company.....

Mike, Luke and Daniel took care of installing a new Lennox Heater and thermostat at my house. They were knowledgeable, professional and efficient! Their communication was superb and they arrived right when they were supposed to. They helped me get my new thermostat synced with my phone before leaving and left zero mess behind. Would highly recommend!

We had Doug come out on short notice today and he did a great job! Woke up on a Monday without heat, not what you want. Doug took care of it and serviced our furnace, much appreciated! Highly recommended!

These guys came to my apartment and did a minor maintenance work free of charge. Definitely recommend and will call them again in the future.

We contacted Blue House for replacement of our HVAC system. The technician that came out was rude, condescending and disrespectful. This was the sole reason they did not get our business.

The gentleman was really polite kind and very upfront and honest and letting me know about my condenser and my furnace and doing the tune-up on it and there was some exposed wires up there he went up there and he go in and wrap them and didn't charge me for that so I really appreciate it we also talked about him coming out once a year to do a tune-up on it every year as long as I live here in this condo very polite guy

Refreshing to work with a company that lists pricing on their estimates, and sticks to what they said. Russel's business plan is to out price, and out service his competitors. He is totally doing it. Very knowledgeable about heat pumps, and we could not be more pleased with the system. Give him a call he beat everyone's prices!!!
