This begins with Brody Sheridan coming on 11-23-25. He inspected everything and found trouble all a round but also Co2 leak and shut everything done. He was very professional and helpful. Then 11-24-25 Hank Arguello came checked things and signed me up for new furnace and AC too. He explained everything and helped me understand and set up ASAP appointment for the next day. He also suggested the UV filter and duct cleaning, which i declined at that time. 11-25-25 Tyler Biretz and Ivan Vargas arrive and started work on everything. They were both very kind, helpful and professional. They worked on getting the heat back on before cold temperatures arrived. 11-26-25 Tyler And Ivan came and finished the AC and a wonderful clean up. Tyler also explained what they found in my ducts and I agreed to have the UV filter and ducts cleaning done.
I am one very happy camper with each and everyone that came to solve the problem. I will be telling everyone who will listen that this bad problem was solved in a kind, caring and professional manner. They were also very mindful of my in door cat. Also they all arrive on time. Cameron Heguy- Coca is awesome!! He was able to diagnose the noise my furnace was making and shedule the repair, as well as scheduling a duct cleaning for me😊 Very efficient and thorough, and Cameron is Highly Recommended!

David Brown did a great job of explaining what he was doing and why to us. He had an apprentice with him who he treated with respect and patience. Not everyone with knowledge makes a good mentor, but David seemed to. I’d be happy to have him assigned to any heating or cooling problem we have.

The two gentlemen that came out were very nice and knowledgeable and they get 5 stars. The 1-star rating is for the company they work for. Paid a lot of money to have a top of the line air conditioner installed two years ago and the thermostat just completely went out. Thermostats are supposed to last at least ten years. One hour heating and air wanted $270 for a new basic thermostat.

Hank was wonderful and extremely knowledgeable his expertise is greatly appreciated. We were able to avoid a furnace malfunction and avoided having to replace the entire unit

Had some issues with replacing my furnace filter. I needed to power it down which I didn’t know how to do. Joseph C came out, replaces it, and made me a three minute video so I can do this myself next time. Joseph was extremely personable, professional, and kind. He even removed some old filters left behind that were discarded in my crawlspace. 10/10 quality dude, and excellent service. I hope when I call again for help he’s the one that gets sent to my door.

Cameron was provided great service for our furnace. He kept us informed of problems, costs, the parts needed to fix the furnace and was dedicated to getting the job done. But most of all, as customer we felt like our needs were important to him.

My 85-year old in-laws’ furnace broke down on a cold fall night. Chris and Mike K. made a special trip to get a new motherboard, then stayed until 6:00 PM on a Friday night to ensure that their HVAC system was up and running (it was under warranty). Most importantly, they answered their questions with patience and kindness. They were personable and knowledgeable when explaining their work to them. I feel like my in-laws could confidently call Chris and Mike K for any future maintenance and repairs.

System replacement. Johnathan Knoll was very professional and quick! Upon arrival he got right to it and completed the exchange and testing in approximately 5 hours. Johnathan is a very pleasant tech. He covered the flooring and was careful not to cause damage.

My tech Mark Farley was great. He did the HVAC maintenance well.
He was able to get the part needed to fix the system. He gave us good suggestions to consider about our aging furnace. He was very professional and kind to our dog!🐶

Cameron had been at our home when we had problems with our mini split system, which he helped solve. So he remembers us, our system, and knows the importance of regular maintenance. He is a gem! Very well versed in our system, technically very up to date, and an extremely nice guy!!!

He gave a thorough explanation of the problem and how to resolve the issue with my furnace. He went above and beyond to get my furnace working so my home has heat in the winter months. I will also pass on to my friends and family that Brody Sheridan at One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning 24/7 service is the best!

Very nice people and great customer service. However, I was told I needed an entire new furnace. I got a second opinion and it was a simple part that needed replacement. I got quotes from both companies for the part replacement and the other company was less than half the price of One Hour Heating.

Hank and MJ did a great job! They were both friendly, knowledgeable, and had some fun while they were working. They walked me through everything they were doing so I understood what was going on. Would definitely recommend them!

Very good service from our technician Anson. He texted us with his arrival time about an hour before. He completed the furnace maintenance efficiently and thoroughly. He also took time to explain what he did and things that we should be aware of as well as things to do ourselves. I'm very pleased with the service and would recommend them.
