We just had a heat pump installed by True Heating and Cooling and we could not be more pleased. Everyone from the company was very professional and knowledgeable. The project manager, Jophery, was very helpful and patient explaining the options for replacing our air conditioner for a new system. Using our research and his recommendation (as well as current rebates) we decided to go with a new heat pump while keeping our furnace for the very cold days.

The technical team, Daniel and Alex, were on time, friendly and respectful during the installation. Their knowledge and commitment throughout the single day installation. After the installation Daniel did an excellent job explaining the new system to us.

I would definitely recommend True Heating and Cooling to anyone in the market for a heat pump.

Dessa arrived right at the scheduled time. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. She was able to diagnose and remedy an issue with my heat pump condenser in no time at all. I will certainly usee True Heating & Cooling for my future HVAC needs and would happily refer them to friends and family.

TRUE has been servicing our furnace and AC for several years so when the time came to replace it was a no brainer..Jophery walked us through the options and helped select the proper system. When the installation day arrived the team of Chris, Sam and Tim arrived on time and had everything removed and the new equipment installed and functioning within 7 hours‼️. The new Lennox HVAC system is great. Daniel and Alex were excellent installers and a pleasure to have in our house, and were very communicative through the project. Logan Hopper was also very helpful in explaining the equipment beforehand.

We woke up to a cold house on the Sunday after Christmas and True Heating answered our call! The owner, Justin, called me back immediately and was able to see us the same morning. He arrived on time, was incredibly professional and educated us as he worked through the problem with our heater - thankfully, being able to restore our heat with his visit.
He also offered suggestions on maintenance, our tankless water heater, and the AC season coming soon. He never seemed to be in a rush and took his time to answer any questions before he headed out. We will definitely call True Heating again!

True Heating & Cooling we’re able to get me a same day appointment to look at my boiler. Hannah that answered the phone listened to me when I told her I thought it was the thermo coupling. Logan the technician was sent out and arrived within the window stated. He brought a thermo coupling with him. This was great as that was what was wrong with the boiler. It was great to be listened to and taken seriously. Logan replaced it and found there was a small gas leak and had to replace another part but had it on hand. I was very impressed with him. My experience with everyone at the company was excellent and will reccomend them to friends and family.

I recently had a heat pump and furnace installed by True Heating & Cooling. All the staff I dealt with including Jophrey, Stephanie, Tim and the installers Chris & Juan were beyond professional and efficient. Chis and Juan arrived on time and were professional and did a very thorough install job. I liked that Tim came afterwards to make sure every thing was in working order and up to code. I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs.

Daniel and Alex were professional and thorough with my heat pump and furnace installation. They made sure to answer all my questions and go over the system with me. True Heating and Cooling took care of the rebates and warranties making the process simple. Good company and good employees.

I woke up to a very cold home this morning as our 30 yr Coleman furnace was not working. I chose True Heating and Cooling based on their very good reviews and location. Within a short time Dessa arrived to troubleshoot the furnace and within 30 minutes she had the furnace up and running, warming things up very quickly.
I would give True Heating and Cooling a 10 star review for the excellent customer service and the great job performed by Dessa...!
She deserves an all paid trip to Hawaii for a job well done!

Logan came out to maintain our boiler in a house we bought and was fantastic - he walked me through how everything works in plain and clear language, thoroughly tested everything and answered all of the questions I had about this new-to-me system. True installed the system originally and I really value how when I initially reached out with questions about its operation, Justin the owner was super responsive, able to individually speak about the system and was willing to chat with me about how everything works. I’ve since worked with True to price out additional services like a heat pump installation and that was also a very positive experience! Looking forward to working with these guys in the future.

Carlos, Juan, and Eli did a great job replacing my furnace. They were very knowledgeable, walked me through the new system and were also very personable. Highly recommend!

We had a truly great experience with True Heating and Cooling. There are not many people in this area that can understand, install, or work with boilers. From the first day of installation to the end, Logan and Matt, the technicians, took great care of us and our home. They put down drop cloths to protect the floors, carpet, and stairs, kept us apprised of their progress, discussed any issues that came up, and resolved all of them with knowledge, intelligence, care, and thoughtfulness. It turned out that the previous owner had cemented around the old boiler, and they had to chisel it out. They worked out a solution and continued on. Logan and Matt were a complete pleasure to work with. When another issue regarding the expansion tank occurred, they stayed late to fix it and made sure everything was working, provided a walk through of the machine and the wifi enabled thermostat, and gave us an opportunity to ask any questions before they left. They cleaned up the space, removed all debris, and even vacuumed. My initial consultation with Justin (the owner) was thorough. His knowledge, recommendations, and follow-up all led me to hire his company after numerous considerations. I'm so grateful to them all for the care they took with our home and the expertise and professionalism they all exhibited in the process. Thank you Justin, Logan and Matt! I can't recommend True Heating & Cooling and their employees enough!

When people go above and beyond, they deserve the recognition.

In all transparency, True Heating and Cooling had done previous work on our tankless water heater for the past couple years - mainly just a normal maintenance. All good work, but my quibble was follow up on some outstanding issues (mainly with a knocking noise that they didn't seem to get to the bottom of and didn't follow up) which led me to explore other companies - which unfortunately were no where near as detailed or close (actually most further) from a solution and I came them another chance and I'm glad I did.

Justin helped work through some more detailed troubleshooting and provided a solid quote (detailed and quick) for solutions in a quick manner. He listened and cared. He was knowledgeable and thorough. While not only getting the issues I had resolved, was also able to resolve other code and safety issues that stemmed from the original install of the boiler.

I would highly recommend True to others and will also recommend to other neighbors within my condo complex that have similar setups and might need work.

(It's also interesting that they are not listed on Navien's website or BBB accredited; this is where I looked for contact information for service as they a) certainly can work / service Navien products well and b) should deserve to be accredited with BBB. Other companies that I've consulted were on both sites and didn't provide as good of service)

We just bought a new home and Logan came out to fix our boiler and heating issues. He was prompt, knowledgeable, explained things clearly, was highly professional and fixed our issues. We highly recommend Logan and True and will be using them for all our heating and cooling maintenance moving forward.

True Heating and Cooling did a great job from start to finish. Jophery was very informative, answered all my questions and provided three different options and price ranges for a new HVAC system. Daniel and Alex preformed the work and did an excellent job, answering questions along the way and showing very good workmanship and attention to detail, Daniel was very knowledgeable. Tim followed up with a final inspection and testing to ensure everything was working great. Would use True again!

Very happy with TRUE. I use them for annual furnace and a/c checks on my rental properties. Their staff are always professional, punctual, and pleasant. Colin was thorough, explained what he was doing and finding in an understandable manner and showed pics of any findings.Naturally identified some additional maintenance items, which I appreciated, along with quotes for that work. I definitely feel the price for the their annual maint contract is worthwhile and avoids surprises

We had another company out to winterize our evaporative cooler and give us an estimate on installing AC. That company gave us an outrageous price so I immediately called True Heating & Cooling. A tech (Mark) showed up 2 hours later and charged us less than half of what the other company wanted.

Everyone i’ve talked to, from scheduling to the technician, has been helpful, on time, and super kind.

Logan was wonderful to deal with, our furnace suddenly stopped working and he was able to find and fix the issue in a very short amount of time. I highly recommend True Heating & Cooling. Hannah was wonderful and got us on the schedule before the low temperatures come in tonight. We will be only using True Heating & Cooling moving forward!
