Extremely disappointing. Have worked with this team before and it was amazing. This go around however was full of ignored communication. Even when I was upsold for nearly 1000$ worth of work, they ignored my request for availability. Never on time and just don’t show up unless reminded constantly. They obviously don’t want new business. They even put my shower back with poor caulking because they were upset we decided to go with someone else. So sad to see local businesses ignore clients.
Aaron went above and beyond today. He was quick, efficient, and within a few hours I felt as if I had a new house. The blinds are stunning. He was also really professional in the way he conducted himself, and my pets loved him. I would definitely work with him again. I’m so thrilled I made this decision.

I contacted them Thursday afternoon, they came out Friday, and my installation was completed by Saturday. I honestly couldn’t believe how quickly everything came together! JP was the salesperson I worked with, and he was just wonderful. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process so easy. Their quote was also $1,300 less than the other bid I received, which was an incredible value. The installation looks absolutely beautiful, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. It’s not often that you find a company that combines amazing customer service, great pricing, and beautiful workmanship, but they truly delivered. Edgar and his crew do an amazing job! It all starts with his excellent communication. Everything is upfront and he does not leave you guessing. They are very punctual and their work is outstanding. They went out of their way to clean as good as they were able due to the dust created in the demo stage. They are very quality and definitely look out for the customer. I will use this company again and I highly recommend them!
We had an outstanding experience and blown away by the job that was done. It was quick and well coordinated. The whole process from start to finish was well communicated and extremely smooth.
