I’ve been using 24/7 for almost 5 years and they have always provided great service. They are easy to schedule via text and always respond quickly. They work around my schedule and they always do a great job. One particular time I was away and didn’t realize my building had turned off the water for some work being done in another apartment unit below mine. The 24/7 crew worked around that! They found water at the outdoor hose connection and carried up to my apartment so they could still complete my cleaning! Top notch service.

I NEVER leave a negative review or comment. Yet, I feel that I must warn other customers. This company arrives with no Windex and Clorox. The owner is not honest. They rush, rush, rush; which should be the new name of this company. The women are very nice. They came right out and gave me an estimate for cleaning every two weeks which was quite reasonable

The team came out for the initial cleaning and did a super thorough job doing baseboards and fan light fixtures as well !!!

I hired 24/7 Perfect Cleaning for a deep cleaning of a post construction job after they were recommended. We called on a Sunday and sent the photos of the home in the areas that needed the extra attention, We were provided a quote, and the cleaning time allotted for the job and was able to schedule for that same week. The floors in our homes left us unable to walk around barefoot so we had to always keep shoes on. The three women from 24/7 Perfect Cleaning did a FANTASTIC job cleaning - they mopped our floors three times until they were finally clean. They wiped down all windowsills from the dust accumulated from putting in new window. They wiped down all the shelves and vacuum the area that had carpet as well as the sofa and love seat. We removed the dishes from the cabinets and food so they could wipe the inside and out and they also assisted with placing the dishes in the dishwasher for the cleaning. The bathrooms were cleaned top to bottom as well, The bedrooms were cleaned they even mopped under the beds that didn’t have carpet and vacuumed under the bedrooms that had carpet. They also cleaned the ceiling fans as well. The outside patio area was wiped down and swept of all debris. Very happy with the overall cleaning, We are happily walking around barefoot again:), Our home was left smelling clean and refreshed . I would highly recommend hiring 24/7 Perfect Cleaning.

Saturdat 12/14 I sent the photos of the home in the areas that needed the extra attention, We were provided a quote, and the cleaning time allotted for the job and was able to schedule for the following week. The floors in our home needed extra attention since we mostly had wood and tile floors. The three women from 24/7 Perfect Cleaning did a FANTASTIC job cleaning our floors. They mopped the floors 2 times to remove dirt in the grout from the tile floors and left the wood floors with a nice shine.They wiped down all windowsills from the dust accumulated from putting in new window. They wiped down all the shelves and vacuumed the area that had carpet in the bedrooms. The sofa and love seat were vacuumed removing all dust, We removed the dishes from the cabinets and food so they could wipe the inside and out and they also stacked the dishwasher and washed and dried the sheets.
The bathrooms were cleaned top to bottom.
The bedrooms were cleaned they even mopped under the beds that didn’t have carpet and vacuumed under the bedrooms that had carpet and changed the linen on the beds.They also cleaned the ceiling fan blades from all the dust that had accumulated from the extra dust from changing out the windows. I was very happy with the overall cleaning, Our home was left smelling clean and refreshed just before the holidays. The deep cleaning was well worth the price.

I requested all Baseboards and windowsills be wiped as I only did a regular cleaning with my busy schedule.
The cleaners separated and started cleaning the different areas requested.

thought was lost a small ring.

After Christmas celebrations I need a deep cleaning for my home and I need a quick response and I was referred to 24/7 Perfect cleaning service. I reached out to them also sent what my expectations were and asked if someone could come out the day after Christmas and was told that they would send someone out. To my surprise, I got a call back stating that they could have someone out by 9 AM to do the cleaning for me. I was very pleased with the job that was done and done with pleasure, nice young ladies we walked through the house to make sure that my expectations were met. Expectations were met and I was very happy with the decision to go with this company.

I searched for a cleaning company online and came across 24/7. I am so happy I did they did an Amazing job and the price was great. I will definitely use them again for my cleaning.

They came on 12/22/19, 3 maids, none spoke English. They didn’t clean the toilets well and I had to call the company for translating. They went back and cleaned the toilets. I didn’t notice at the time the bathtubs weren’t clean. 2nd part of the 1 star is because when leaving they ran into my car and pushed the car into my garage door. Resulting in $5k damage, this business is taking no responsibility for this damage and even lied to their insurance company about what happened. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
