I cannot say enough about the cleanings we've had done with 24/7! I am OCD by nature and kind of a clean freak... we needed them very urgently for an apartment move out, and then a new home move in. They were amazing in every sense of the word - professional, responsive, timely, so kind, went the extra mile... and the cleaning - just hands down the best cleaning service we've ever hired... there wasn't one thing that could have been better taken care of. I would recommend 24/7 Perfect Cleaning to anyone and I have.. so blessed we found them after being new to SoFlo!

*** Scam Stay away******* this place charged $650 for a deep clean and left with half of the place cleaned. Not dusted or vacuumed. Then when I sent them a ton of videos they sent a crew back to finish one portion and then afterwards said I owed $300 more so a total of $950 to clean 3 bedroom home. They said they wouldn’t talk about anything until I paid. That’s called extortion. They were rude and didn’t care about our 1 year relationship as I’ve been using them for a year and have had declining good service. Owner is a snake. Beware. They make you at cash so they don’t at taxes. Beware beware.

I hired this company to clean my home, and they did an amazing job! Every room was spotless — from the baseboards to the ceiling fans. The kitchen and bathrooms were left sparkling clean, and they even took the time to organize areas I hadn’t gotten to myself. The team was friendly, professional, and respectful of my space. I could tell they really cared about the quality of their work. My home feels fresh, clean, and so welcoming. I have never had a more poor experience in my entire entire life. They are not honest people. They sent people to our home and charged us by the hour. They missed quoted us completely and when the time was up, they said to finish our house, I’d have to pay another five to $700. If I could post videos of what my home look like you wouldn’t even think that they were here for 15 hours. I have surveillance camera showing that they did not clean inside any of the drawers, the windowsills they did not do a deep cleaning and they tried to blame it on us That we had a worker that was working on our master bedroom. The other side Of the house . Which had absolutely nothing to do with the fact that they never cleaned our laundry room sink they didn’t remove one item from the kitchen. I go to give my kids a cup of water. It was filled with dust after we renovated our floor. I should’ve gone with my traditional cleaning servers that does a weekly job for a surface cleaning For 1/9 of the price. It’s sad to say, but usually the good reviews don’t get posted enough and people only want the world to hear when they have a negative experience because they don’t want it to affect other people. The worst part is it’s a cash business. Everything is under the table. Before the job is done, they have somebody come and do a walk-through And collect the money. You can let them know things you want tended to, but then it’s too late. You’ve already paid and they walk out on the job. I simply was asking them to come back some of the things and showed them video surveillance, and the guy was unwilling. He thought I was trying to get a free cleaning when I was just trying to bring their attention , the things that were on the agreement that they never did. I would be very very careful with this company. I use them years ago when they were one of the only gigs in town, but they are so many competing better companies that I would not risk working with this company ever again and I would not recommend it to anyone else. Zero deep cleaning! And worst is zero customer service. Owner is belligerent. For the amount of work, I have done on four homes and the repeat people I use this has been the second bad experience I’ve had in 10 years!! Sloppy !!!!! and the owner has the nerve to defend his team, even after his supervisor walked through and was a palled at the job that their team had done. She was so nice and yet the owner of the company was unwilling to help the situation. I feel bad for the supervisor. She should get a job somewhere else because when she looked at my home, she could not believe the condition it was in after 15 hours of “work.”

I had a great experience with Tropical Landscapers. They performed work on both my side yard and back yard. They were very knowledgeable and recommended of a variety of trees that really fit the space well. I appreciated how they guided me through the options and helped create a plan that made sense for my yard. The installation was top notch. Don’t waste your time. I’m a commercial business and wanted to purchtmaterial. Drove to their office during business hours however they were closed. Called the number it was out of service. Called the next day only to have a rude individual answer. I identified myself and what I needed and he just hung up. Called back and would t answer. Lots of other nursery to shop from. Don’t bother with this place.
