The young man arrived within the time frame given me, was very prompt to ascertain the issue and acted on it immediately. I plan to call Appliance King for future repairs from now on!

I needed a light switch for an old range hood. I didn't get his name but he was exceptionally professional, courteous and knowledgeable! It took him less than 5 minutes to find the part I needed. Highly recommend going here if you have any appliance needs!

My Whirlpool dryer would not start this past Saturday morning, called Appliance King at 9:00AM and Steve scheduled next available appointment for the following Tuesday, but took the liberty to inform that if someone cancels appointment that he would call me. To my surprise, I get a call back from Steve an hour later to inform me that he had a cancellation and scheduled me for Monday morning between 9-11AM. Monday morning, Joe the technician calls me around 8:30AM and lets me know he is on his way over. Joe did a great job, very professional and has a wealth of experience, had my dryer up and running perfectly in no time! I would not hesitate to recommend Appliance King to my family and friends and I will definitly consider them for any future appliance purchases, great job and thanks!

He assessed the problem which was a torn gasket that needed replacement.the price of the gasket seemed high, but I know I have an excellent dishwasher and I’m sure to replace it new would be a lot more expensive

My ice maker was froze up and Cody looked at it and said I didn’t need a new one. He steamed away the ice and cleaned my whole freezer which had ice on everything and dried it then put everything back together in such a neat profession manner that I could hardly believe what I was experiencing! Wonderful folks…very honest. They advised me how to get help for my leaking fridge…he said I need to go directly to Bosch…and he didn’t charge us ( and refused to accept a tip)!

Called this company and explained what the problem was with my range microwave and oven . Mind you ….all they asked to schedule the service was for the brand not for the model or any other information , I believe that was purposely done in my opinion . My appliances work fine, the microwave needs the display module since it’s not showing the time that’s all . The Oven outside glass door is not holding but other than that it works perfect . We needed two repairs and told them exactly that on the phone when we scheduled the visit and yes we did agree to pay the service fee because we wanted to get the repair done and the fee will go towards the repair . They came out opened the microwave to get the model and said sorry but the parts are discontinued for the model, we can’t do the repair … understandable .
We reached out to the owner who was not nice at all !!!!,we wanted to let him Know that nothing was done for us . He said we paid for what he called the Diagnosis, but that was something that we had already provided prior to them coming to get my appliances fixed .
They still charged the $150 dollar fee and absolutely nothing was done .
That was the most expensive visit to my house . I paid someone to come to my house and tell me exactly what I already knew about my appliance . I only asked at least for a refund since nothing was done it’s not my fault that the company does not make sure they are able to get the needed pieces for the repair .
Not good business and really bad and unprofessional customer care/ service .
They took my money and I was left with the same problem , how is this ok ?
