Nice work up front but do not honor their warranty. If you purchase expensive palms then cross your fingers and hope they don’t get lethal bronzing because then you’re on your own.

Jason was very responsive and got all our needs taken care of. We had the whole house renovated, had walls knocked out and moved. New Vynal flooring thru our the house. Happy with the results.

I was referred to Jason from a friend after a nightmare debacle with another tile company. He was competent and had the resources to redo a failed job from the previous contractor that we fired. Knowing our current situation and out and how upset we were about the other company, Jason sent his #1 tile guy and kept close tabs on progress almost daily throughout the entire job, coming to inspect occasionally as well. His crew delivered an amazing job as promised!! I'll definitely be talking to him first about any other home improvements in the future, and have already referred him to several friends needing work done as well!! Don't pass up the chance to work with Jason if you want to know what true customer service and professionalism is like in an industry full of fakers and butchers who take your money, and don't do the job right!! At first I offered to bring the unit into the shop and they said we need to do a service call. Technician came to house for microwave repair saw the unit wasn’t working said it was the control board which is obsolete this took all if 5 minutes and charged me $149

Joe was great. He educated me on why the wheels on my dishwasher rack broke off and the updated construction changes that have occurred due to so many complaints. He was punctual, friendly and respectful of his surroundings when installing the new wheels.

Put my oven on self clean mode & during the self cleaning, the oven glass’s middle layer completely shattered. Called Appliance King & they sent out Jordan. Jordan met me at the house, investigated my issue, determined which part, that being the glass, that needed to be ordered. The part came on Sunday & Jordan was there the next day completing the repair of my oven & it looks brand new! All the left over broken glass, he vacuumed up & left my kitchen looking spotless & the oven is working better than ever! Thanks Jordan & thank you Appliance King!
