I was extremely impressed with the service from Fresh Air and especially Felix. I live in California and the rental home that I needed service is at Davenport, Florida. Due to the time difference and having to deal at the same time with me, my tenant and my realtor manager is not easy. Felix handled this very well. He resolved the issue that was made more complicated by other vendors. My tenant confirmed that the people that did the installation were very professional and cleaned up everything. Felix responded to all my phone calls very promptly and answered all my questions patiently. I will recommend Fresh Air cooling and heating LLC to anyone without any reservation.

Contacted Them on Thursday had a quote on Friday and did the job on Sunday.

They did an amazing job on my 24 year old house that never had cleaning done to the duck system and you would be surprised at the amount That came out of the ductwork.

They had a great price and awesome customer service would use them again for any service

Felix and Virgilio installed a Clean Comfort UV-C light (to kill bacteria and mold spores) in our Lennox Elite 9 year old system at a more than fair price. New systems now have it and but I wanted to have it for the remaining years of this one. They were very professional and knowledgeable and just plain nice. I liked that they are nearby. Then I had them install an APCO UV-C light system above the unit for the venting when the blower runs. They did that well also. It was what I had in mind to get both. They also performed routine AC service and gave me theirs thoughts about the health of the system, which is doing very well. Everything is running super. Thanks to Felix and Virgilio.

My wife and I experienced condensation or mold on our vents throughout the house. I found Felix and fresh air on Google and if could I give 10 stars I would.

I would NOT recommend working with this company. I had AC issues, they came and told me it was low on refrigerant, however could not find any leaks. Charged me over $400. Two months later I had more issues and called them back. Felix came and couldn't find any issues except that it was low again in refrigerant. He then left to pick up a part and said she will be right back. He came back in 4 hours after I had to call him 3 times. Extremely unprofessional. When he came back he said there are no leaks but couldn't explain why in two month I had to put in refrigerant twice. He said it should not happen again and charged me another $300. He was then very worried about his reviews online. A month after he "fixed" my AC, it stopped working again. This time I called another company that was able to find the leak right away. Please stay away from this company. They will overcharge and not fix your issues. Very disappointed and would NOT recommend.

BEWARE! BEWARE of TXV valve scam. They came out for a maintenance job and next thing you know the ac unit's txv valve is not working. Which seemd weird and suspicious. So I called another company to get a second opinion and they said someone had cut out the txv bulb from under the insulation tape. Be careful of this company, they will take advantage of people's lack of knowledge of HVAC systems. They are causing additional issues to your ac unit resulting in more business for them, all in all costing you unnecessary costs. I do not recommend this company.
