Best service I have had of all trades that have worked on my properties. Tech responded early evening and set a schedule to visit the house later in the evening... on time , comminated twice as to progress and completed all work. Excellent attention to detail . I will most certainly use Apex for all my HVAC needs moving forward and would highly recommend them for service and new installs

Apex came out and did a duct cleaning at my house. Jesse was professional, clean and did a great job. I also can't leave enough nice comments about their office manager, Jen, who coordinated the call.

I had a second call for a bad compressor. Alex came out, changed the compressor and had cold air blowing in no time. He also cleaned up and shut my fence gate on his way out. Excellent!

Mightve been my best HVAC experience in 25 years of home ownership. Tech was able to come out quickly, diagnose the problem, and repair it before noon. The price was incredibly reasonable and Im using Apex as my HVAC tech from now on. Very happy with the experience.

I have a short term rental and the guest informed me that the AC wasn't working. My handyman wasn't available, so I looked on Google. The 1st company could not get out to my unit until the next day. In 2 hours Apex had someone out to me. It was great to get a text message that the technician was on the way. Dan was amazing. He informed me what needed to be done and wanted my permission to proceed with the repair. My AC was up and running which was important for me and for my guest. Paying was easy as well. I highly recommend Apex.

I want to start off by stating my house is an air conditioning nightmare! My air handler is up in the attic, to enter you need to crawl through a small hole in the ceiling and the temperature ranges from 130 plus degrees.
My first encounter with Apex was with the sales representative Gage Stewart his knowledge and professionalism was outstanding he spent over 3 hours with me going over the entire house and all my needs. He had noticed that I had numerous air purifiers in my house due to my asthmatic medical condition. He suggested an air purifier to be placed on my new air conditioning system to help with this problem. GREAT job!!
The day of the install Joe and Jesse arrived at my home at 9:00 AM and we're there till 6:30 PM. When I tell you these men WORKED every minute that they were in my home. At two in the afternoon I inquired "do you take a lunch" they said we're okay ma'am we have a job to complete. I was stunned! They took apart my air handler piece by piece and managed to replace it with a brand new one and my new air conditioner is beautiful and quiet you don't even know it's running. When the job was completed they reviewed with me everything that they did showed me how to work the thermostat and even explained the capability of controlling it by the app on my phone. They cleaned up everything in the house and outside the house and took away all the garbage. These guys were wonderful till the very last minute! I highly recommend this company if you're looking for a new air conditioning system look no further be blessed by Apex!

Third time using APEX. Every time I’ve been completely happy with their service. Latest service was after returning home from vacation to AC not working. Scheduled service that night via website. Received phone call next morning confirming and tech arrived within an hour.Tech explained everything thoroughly and was very professional. Got required parts and had system up and running later that afternoon. If I have any AC needs I want hesitate to use APEX.
