Gentleman from Apex completed the service on my air conditioning system and also answered several questions I had. He was extremely helpful and I would recommend Jesse and his team to others in need of professional assistance with there air conditioning Florida.

Dan was very knowledgeable and informative. Knew exactly what was wrong and why within minutes of looking at my AC unit. This was first time with Apex after two service calls that were unsuccessful with prior company. Definitely changing all my AC needs to Apex!

Communication appears to be a challenge for this company, from sales person, to scheduling, to installation crew. Otherwise the work performed has been good but not 100% complete with a couple loose end pending. Maybe a 3rd technicians visit will complete the journey and the project.Update 8/13/25...Technician Dan arrived as scheduled. Kind of unique and a breath of fresh air actually, I'm so used getting 2 or 3 appointment confirmations from other service providers and In their case the appointment was set once and never heard back but they kept their appointment as scheduled. I was nervous that it could have been a no show but as I said before ...a breath of fresh air to know that they keep their appointments! So a high five to Apex Air Conditioning to getting the AC replacement completed and a proper job. I change my review to 5 Stars. Thank you Dan!

We had our halo LED clean air system installed this morning by Axel. I can already tell the difference in the house. The fresh air is so wonderful. Nice guy and the installation was quick. I think I’ll have Apex air conditioning service our unit for us on a regular basis. Hopefully it will help reduce our electric bill if our AC is running more efficiently.

Very nice technician, did an amazing job no pressure to buy anything just came out explained the issues and what needed to be done . Friendly and polite I didnt feel like a number fair and to the the point , pleasure to have him out again for any repair job.

Gage came out and did a wonderful job. He diagnosed the problem quickly and thoroughly. Another company had told me my entire system needed to be replaced, but Gage took the time to check everything carefully, replaced a couple of parts, and had my AC running again within an hour. The previous company spent only 30 minutes and quoted me $20,000 for a new system. Thank you, Gage, and thank you, Apex, for being honest and reliable!

I recently had a new air conditioning system installed, and I am very happy with the service. The team was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable from start to finish, mainly Jaime Lira. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the installation was done perfectly. My home is now cool and comfortable, and the whole process was stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a new AC system or any HVAC work — great people and great service!

The guy they sent out was nice and he did a good job but I had to leave for work so my son gave him the payment which he told me it would be about 150.00 less then what he charged but because I wasnt there my son just paid it. They refuse to answer my calls or texts now. When I text they ignore me when I call they send me a text to text only. Terrible customer service. Dont tell me youre going to take a certain amount off and then not do it.

It always happens in the summer, your AC goes out… Apex was recommended by some people in my community. They were at my place within a couple of hours. Richard diagnosed and put a temporary fix until we can find the part needed. My AC is very old and replacing it is recommended. So far the service has been superb. I can follow up with my experience with the AC replacement.Thank you Apex and Richard for helping me so quickly.

Update install and inspection complete. I love that I can control it from an app!! There was one little glitch. The control panel didn’t work after installation. It blew full cold 🥶 all the time. I called them back and it was quickly fixed. I would absolutely use Apex again.

This is our second time using Apex Air Conditioning & Refrigeration. We had an ac emergency, called them and they sent a tech the next day. Richard Morris was very professional and knowledgeable, offered same day as well as next day appointment. Highly recommended, our ac service company from now on.

He came out almost immediately — and late at night — to fix the heat at my Airbnb while a guest was staying there with two infants. He was fast, responsive, and clearly explained what was going on (and sent me a picture of it working). Jaime got the heat working again, which made my guests comfortable and relieved. They felt safe and really appreciated his professionalism and kindness. He also made the payment process easy and stress-free for me (and price was more than fair!!). Patriot helped me in my time of need. My Air conditioning Stopped working on a Friday afternoon. I was worried I would have to spend the whole weekend without AC. But just a call to Scott at Patriot and he sent a service man out on Saturday. Angelo was professional, efficient, and informative. This is the best air conditioning company I have ever encountered.

Called up after I made a mistake installing a new thermostat was able to make time for me even though they were booked up for the day. Communicated well about arrival and was prompt. Answered all my questions and gave excellent advice. Plan on using them for my regular service.

Excellent customer service, Javier explained everything in detail. Reputable company. Other AC company tried to tell me I need all these parts and it was going to be $2650. I paid about 87% less and the issue has been fixed. My new go-to!

Scott came out last minute on a Sunday to fix our A/C. He was professional, kind and went above and beyond-he was patient in helping us find the breaker switch! 10/10 would recommend!!
