The diagnosis, expertise, and service from Epic Air was excellent. Timely, honest and knowledgeable technicians made for a smooth fix of my air conditioning system. I would definitely call them again and will recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Epic air is the absolute BEST!! Art is honest, caring and reliable. We recommend Epic air to everyone. We called about the air not working and Epic came immediately. We had the unit replaced and it was not as expensive as I thought it would be and the work is top notch.

We were searching for someone reliable to replace our air conditioning unit. We searched the internet reviews for a competent service company. Epic Air was consistently highly recommended by many of the customers that were served. Actually, it was recommend highly in every review I read. After meeting Art (owner) who appeared promptly at our home, it was easy to understand why he had so many happy customers. It is not often that one finds a service company as excellent as this one. In addition to showing up when he said he would, he did a thorough assessment and gave us multiple options to resolve our dilemma. He worked with us to find a way to cover the costs even though it was not a method that he had previously used in his business. It is rare to find someone willing to "go the extra mile". Had he not been willing to work with us to find a financial solution, we would probably have had to do without a reliable system for quite awhile. He uses the acronym: E - Excellence, P- Pride, I- Integrity and C - Caring and lives up to it! It is not often that a service company takes such pride in insuring the excellence of their products and service as well as having concern for a customer's needs and situation. Art was wonderful...I called him on Friday night and within an hour he was at my door. He did everything he could we found it was my motor which he showed me how to stay cool by opening the windows to be able to sleep. Saturday he was at my door step at 9:00 am with the parts and put it within 45 minutes in the blistering heat. Very nice person and I would recommend him 100%. Very honest, reliable and will give you very good pricing! Please don't hesitate calling him.

Art from Epic air conditioning is honest and informative. Will not sell you something if you don't need it. We eventually needed a new unit, price was reasonable for our needs. His associates were knowledgeable, courteous and helpful with installing new unit, went out of their way to do extras so we would get the most efficient product. All was scheduled and done in an efficient and timely manner, including permits. Art made a point to make sure all worked well after unit installed.

This company was fantastic. My air handler in the attic was a "MONSTER". 30 yrs old. rusty and nasty. They replaced it with the brand new system at a very affordable price. The installers were pleasant and efficient despite the tight situation they had to work in.

The owner was easy to work with and explained everything at my level. :-)
He was also came by & took the time when I had a question about the exterior drip pipe that a fix it guy had moved.

EPIC Air has been my goto HVAC vendor for years. I've referred dozens of customers to Art for pre-purchase inspections, repairs, ductwork and fully system replacements. They always do an excellent job with the craftsmanship of the install work. When I'm helping a homeowner or buyer make a determination or compare quotes, it's WONDERFUL to have technicians who will give honest assessments and offer to repair a system that could keep running for you rather than condemn every unit they look at.

Never again!! As a class A general contractor for over 30yrs in lee county I have never worked with someone like Art owner of epic. Art take some responsibility for your work and don’t blame it on other conditions!!
New ac 3 1/2 yrs new, compressor goes out $1100 @ $150/hr later Art tells me to call someone else if I’m not happy as he has my compressor down the street in his truck! Completed job at cost ++ 5 days later unit tripping breaker not cooling due to loose wire at breaker installed by epic service tech. After arts call someone else I did the next day had a new 3 ton unit installed by Nemith air out of San Carlos great work and people to work with. Take responsibility for your work Art! Jose Ortega

EPIC/Art have always done a great job taking care of my AC units, I have been with them for over 6 years, they are reliably, dependable, and I trust their expertise in any work they do.

Art, the owner, was there the same day I called, in Naples, and he saved me tons of money by repairing my AC instead of replacing it - which is what I thought had to be done. He really knows his stuff. He got the replacement part and had me up and running the same day. Will be signing for a maintenance program with Epic, too. They have my business for a long time to come. Awesome company and service. I definitely recommend them!

I installed a Mitsubishi mini split in my garage. I received quotes from four companies. In the end I chose Epic Air Conditioning. Art, the owner was great to work with. He came out explained everything well and offered a fair price. Refreshing to have a no nonsense person giving me honest answers. His guys came for the install exactly when Art said they would be here. They were professional, quick and willing to go out of their way to please me. That’s what I look for in a company I want to do business with. Honestly, fair prices and professionalism.

I have used Epic Air Conditioning for several years. Whenever I call, Art, the owner, either answers directly or calls me back right away and schedules the service quickly. I thought I needed to replace my entire AC unit, but Art was able to fix it at a modest cost. Art is very honest and will not try to sell you equipment you don't need. It's nice to find a quality business owner who truly cares about his customers!

Chris, Alex, and Casey worked really hard on installing my new air conditioner and never complained about the heat in the garage. They worked many hours and even into the evening to finish the job. They were so nice and cleaned up after themselves. My house is cool again. I am very happy with their work.

Had some young local skate punks steal my copper condenser coils off my beach houses dual A/C unit to sell for dope. Not only was Mr. Loftin able to replace them and have me up and running within a few hours, by the next morning his connections with the investigating detectives at the Fort Meyer Police Department located the crackheads who stole em'. Thank God they're daddies were rich, and I made them pay EPIC Air Conditioning double for the job... just so their cherub lil' boys wouldn't do time with them colored peoples. Not only in Mr. Loftin a friend of the law - he's a friend of yours and mine. He's Making America Great Safe and Honest Again!

Austin from Epic Air Conditioning came out for a maintenance visit and I had an awful rattling from my a/c vent and he tightened it! Wow, it was keeping me up at night! And just like that he fixed it! Thank you to Austin & Epic air conditioning for being so wonderful! Courteous & professional!

Rob came out, diagnosed the problem efficiently and returned with the parts the following day to finish the job. Rob was extremely profession and knowledgeable. He also hooked the common directly to the thermostat, so there will be reason for batteries. Couldn't be happy how quickly the job was completed.

In 2021 we contracted Epic Air to provide an estimate to replace our A/C system. Art came and did a very thorough job inspecting our current system and ductwork. We were impressed and hired him for the job. We’re still satisfied with the product and highly Epic Air.

Rob did the estimate and supervised the installation in my home. He was professional, thorough, and knowledgeable...the kind of representative that makes a difference.
