I appreciate Broward Factory Service, especially Darien, who has been involved in a few tweaks to my new AC system that Broward Factory Service installed a few months ago. Also a shout out to Alex who has been involved in my AC issues and installation of 2 AC’s over the past 10 years or more.
Sometimes I have to call a few times to get service, but they DO come when you set up an appointment.

For a new AC unit, they are the worst. For little things in the house they are great. However, I spent thousands of dollars on a new AC unit over a week ago and it is still not working right. The woman in the office was condescending and arrogant to me when I called after two times And said it wasn’t working. The man that came out to fix it Eric was oh yeah it’s it’s a drain problem. It’s your thermostat. Well hello should they have not checked all They left. Over a week still not working properly. My electric bill will be high and they want me to pay for this thousands of dollar unit. Who’s paying all this not me they can take it and stick it.

We had a new AC/Heater unit & water heater installed by Broward yesterday. Darien, Matt and Eric were all very professional and provided everything in a timely manner. We have used them for years for various projects and they continue to provide good service. We would highly recommend!!!

The Broward Factory Service Fort Myers Service center did a fantastic job installing 2 new AC Units, and I would like to commend the team - Darien, Ryan, Matt, and Robert for their professionalism, and great work to install the AC system. I definitely recommend them hands down for any and all HVAC work. I have be using them for the last 15 years and have never been disappointed. Great work !!!

We can’t thank the people of Broward Factory Service enough. Our first meeting was with Eric last Thursday 5/22 when our A/C went out after freezing up. We were told he’d be out to look at it and he arrived promptly in a half hour, he replaced a part, and we were told our unit was very sick and said “if we need him to call back”. In the middle of the night our unit fan stopped working and in the morning we called, he brought a new fan to get us through until today 5/30 when our new unit was set to be installed. This morning Darien and Robert arrived on time and were finished when we were told they would be. We couldn’t be happier! All three associates of Broward were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and caring. We would not hesitate to use them again, and would definitely recommend them to our family and friends. We are completely satisfied with everything they had to do to finish the job.

Today on May 8, 2025, we had two new A/Cs installed by a team led by Darien with Ryan on the inside and Matt and Robert on the outside. They arrived when promised and completed the entire job in an efficient and timely process. They were pleasant and diligent and cleaned up after completing the job. We would highly recommend this team and Broward factory service to others. We have been Broward customers for 27 years and have always been happy with their service.

Eric was absolutely fantastic! The water pan on a second story condo was almost completely full. The condensation line was blocked. My clients home watch person called him and he was there in less than a half hour and completely saved the day. He acted like it was no big deal, but he saved what could have been a real disaster . Thank you so much Eric!

Darian showed up in the time window promised and gave us a 30 minute heads-up prior to arrival. He completed our normal maintenance quickly and efficiently, was courteous and made sure we had no questions or issues prior to leaving. Good job. Nice guy.

Really happy with the service from Broward. Their team members Darren Willis and Matt Nelson installed a new water heater for us and they were quick, courteous and did a great job. Also appreciate that team member Jamie warned us a few months ago that we were needing to replace the hot water heater before it actually broke, giving us time to plan ahead. The call center is usually able to schedule us quickly as well.

Darien Willis serviced our AC this morning. He poured a chemical down the line and where float switch is. He then blew the line out with compressed nitrogen. He answered my many questions. He then checked the system with his gauges. While completing the system, he noticed water was not coming out of the drain line like he wanted.
Darian then repeated adding chemicals and blowing out the drain. He is very knowledgeable and pleasent to work with.

Darien and Matt did an excellent job replacing our current air conditioning system. Was a little leery about not just going with a straight air conditioning company, but Darien And Matt did an excellent job very professional and totally cleaned up after the job was completed. Explained everything to my wife and I as far as how to keep the drain lines clean and how to keep an eye on our ultraviolet light bacterial system. Thanks again Darian and Matt for a great job.

I have been using this incredible company since 1996. They are always efficient, timely, and do an incredible job!! I must say that Darien and Matt have been so amazing, kind, knowledgeable, efficient, polite, and always make a point to explain everything to me. Been using Broward for many years. Never had an issue with them. Always respond quickly. Work is always done. Neat and Clean and efficient!! Contacted the Fort Myers Broward Factory Service to inquire about a new air conditioner and hot water heater. Spoke with Lily, the office manager. Lily was very informative and could answer every question we had regarding our chosen brand of A/C as well as hot water heater. Darien and Matt were our installers. Both of these guys were hard workers, very knowledgeable about the installation process, diligent to ensure the work was done properly, cleaned up their work area upon completion and were both friendly and professional. We highly recommend this company for your A/C and hot water heater needs.

Just had my A/C maintenance service check. The service technician Darien Willis was personable, courteous and did a thorough job. He also was very informative and answered my questions giving me great advise to help maintain my A/C. I've been with BFS for many years and have been very happy with the technicians as well as with the people in the office. They all have shown true professionalism when dealing with me.

Broward installed a new Goodman ac. The two service men, Darien Willis and Matt Nelson, were competent, professional and courteous. They were on time, completed the job in proper time and answered all my questions. I have been using Broward since 1990 and they always do a good job.

Darien did a great job removing and installing our new water heater. Cleaned up after himself as well! Last year he installed our new HVAC unit. I was glad to see him today because I knew we would be satisfied with his work.
