This is a great trustworthy company that has been taking care of my Aunt and Uncle’’s place in Estero for years. After the hurricane they needed an entirely new unit and ductwork. The did a fantastic job and did not price gouge us. Our service man Rob is excellent at his job and treats them very good and goes the extra mile. I highly refer them.

Austin did a stellar job on my A/C repair! He was punctual and thorough, I could barely even tell he was there. He even put my doggie beds back after he was done! Now my A/C is working like new!

Epic Air has been an excellent company for my home and rental properties. Recently Rob came and took care of both. He takes time to explain everything, and I am impressed with his work ethic and demeanor.

When I went to install a mini split a/c in my garage, I was not sure who to trust, nor what a reasonable price would be. I went to several larger companies, even Home Depot and Costco and got bids that were complete, but higher than I had imagined. My last call was to Art at Epic. Boy am I glad, Art was very detailed in his quote and his service. Came 3 separate times to inspect and manage the work. The price was nearly 40% less than any other quote and my system runs great. I don't go on google and write many reviews, only for the companies I think are great. Art and Epic did a great job.

I had a repair done for a refrigerant leak on my on my pool heater. Epic was very responsive- they sent a tech (Rob) out right away, and he quickly diagnosed the problem and options. Rob was great- kept in contact with me, answered all my questions and worked with me to come up with a plan to get everything back in working order. He stayed in contact with me on everything I needed to know- including responding well after working hours. In the end, I got a fair cost and fast repair and was well informed on what he did, and what caused the problem. Highly recommend, and Rob really made the difference.

Rob from Epic AC came out to our rental today and did an incredibly thorough job inspecting every aspect of our unit, helping us understand what maintenance issues need to be taken care of, he took photos on our behalf to relay to the property management company that the issues the unit is having that need to be repaired have not in any way been caused by any negligence on our part as renters. If every member of the Epic AC team is as timely, respectful, thorough, knowledgeable, and kind as Rob then Epic AC is the only company to use in the Bonita Springs & Fort Myers area for your Air conditioning needs. (And Lord knows we all need a properly functioning AC system to survive in swfl!)

Epic air is the best! I needed to have a new a/c and heating system on short notice and I worked with the technician Rob to make it happen with no issues. From start to finish everyone from the office staff to the techs were professional, friendly and willing to go the extra mile and no damage to the walls because it was a tight space. The installation was completed timely and the inspection. Rob followed up and made sure all the paperwork was in order and he went the extra mile to ensure I had extra room in the area to fit a new water heater! My new a/c & heating unit works perfect and I will continue to use Epic air to service it for years to come.

I was totally impressed with Epic Air Conditioning in Fort Myers, fL. They got the job done quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable price and my system is working beautifully. I was especially impressed with Rob who came over and set up the job for the very next day as we had been without Air for several days during a record breaking heat wave. In addition, Rob followed up to ensure I was satisfied and even helped to install an accordion door that was off the track. I would certainly recommend this fine company for any AC work including a line set.

This review is for blowing new insulation over the old through out the attic (3800sq ft).

Week before last, the AC in our condo suddenly started running longer and longer each day, until it ran almost the 24 hrs one day. Investigation of all of the components (still quite new) revealed a leak in the refrigerant line, which happened to run under the building. We then learned that the replacement had to make a longer, complex run to the roof then down through other units to ours. Initial replacement estimates were much higher than expected, and we were stuck - no AC! A friend referred us to Art at Epic, saying they had solved the same problem for several other owners in our neighborhood more economically. I contacted Epic last Monday morning, and they sent Rob out that same day to investigate and provide an estimate. Epic then prioritized our job for Wednesday in spite of a packed schedule (since we had no AC). Art and his team showed up early with a lift and worked a long day to make the long refrigerant line run, reconnect the indoor and outdoor units, recharge the refrigerant and test - the system was up and running by 4pm! Art then came back the next morning to make sure everything was ship shape and it has run flawlessly since. Many thanks to Art, Rob and the entire Epic team for a fantastic experience of extraordinary service, and all at a fair price!

This past November, my furnace of 29 years, failed. I knew a replacement was going to be needed, so for the last year I had been researching fossil fuel free heat pumps. Since I live in Stormville, I got quotes from all the local HVAC companies that serve Dutchess County, including Bottini, who I had used exclusively for the last 20 years. All of them wanted to take the easy way out, charge me a premium and use my existing 50+ year old ductwork and vent locations.

Dutchess Air was different. When the company rep walked in, he immediately found the cold spots/issues in my house. He recommended that we remove all the existing ductwork, remove (6) vents and install new ones elsewhere in the house. He was very knowledgeable, and explained how the airflow worked and why my current ductwork was not working efficiently.

In the end, I went with Dutchess Air and combination of ducted and ductless Daikin mini-splits. I am very happy with them, and wholeheartedly recommend them and their team.

We've been a satisfied customer of Broward Factory Service for over 10 years. Throughout that time frame BFS has installed in our second story condo a new HVAC system and a new Hot Water Tank. In addition they have repaired our refrigerator and kitchen faucet, replaced our Insincerator/Waste Disposal Unit and fixed our two toilets. We love Broward Factory Service. They always respond quickly and we have had two emergencies within the past 15 years we have been contracted with them. They come out quickly and have such nice knowledgeable technicians. Very friendly and very professional. This contract on our house is fabulous.

My air conditioner needed a cleaning really bad because the duct leading into my house fell a few inches causing lots of dirt to be sucked into the AC, so I called Broward.

Darien came over and immediately got to work...he was so meticulous I doubt there was a grain of dirt or dust remaining.

He left the AC outer case and surrounding area cleaner than when he got there. I guess a clean AC, inside and outside, cools better than a dirty one because the front rooms of my house were never as cool.

I just have to say I’m a tenant and I think that Broward is the best thing any homeowner can buy!! Especially if they rent their homes. Whenever something stops working I call Broward and one of the nice girls in the office sends a technician out to fix it. I never have to call the owner or wait days for service they are always out same day if available or the next day. Lily is always so helpful but truly all the ladies are wonderful..

This is the fourth Heating/AC unit Ive had Broward install -- it seems the life span is about 11 years and we have two of them. I set everything up through Lily, who was a pleasure to deal with. She handled everything and even arranged for us to receive a complimentary water heater with the AC Install. The work was performed the next day and you wouldn't even know that I had installers here.

DON’T DO IT! Called them for my fridge not making ice and not cooling. Initial person did not listen to us and ran out of the house having ordered a part - not even pulling the fridge out. For the next 3 months - they sent 5 other service people out who ordered incorrect parts, ripped things out of the back and broke the unit - no ice, running water, no water thru filter and no cooling. I was instructed by Sean the appliance Manager to call LG and have them diagnose so they could fix it???? This is a Warranty Policy with replacement coverage that I pay over $600/yr! LG Company - Diamond Appliance Repair - came out and saw they had spliced wires and connected them rather than ordering the correct part. The main issue was the condenser needed replacement which would have fixed EVERYTHING on day 1. Diamond Appliance repair had it fixed in 2 weeks. Broward rarely returned my calls. Had to lodge a BBB complaint in order to get any attention! BEWARE!
