The second time tech, Darivn did an excellent job. He had to recleaned drain line of A/C. He made sure the A/C was working before he left since the house temp was 88.

We have our air conditioning unit maintained by Broward Factory Service twice a year. We have been extremely pleased with their service technicians professionalism and knowledge. They always come on time which we appreciate. We have found it an extremely good value to have our maintenance agreement with Broward Factory Service.

Darien & Matt did an excellent job of replacing my evap coil on my AC unit! Also,

Today Mr. Darien Willis responded to my request for service of the air conditioner. He introduced himself and explained that he was new to Broward Factory Service but that he had many years of service in the industry. I felt confident that he would take care of the issue. He quickly assessed the problem. Defective parts were removed and drainage established. I was instructed on how to help prevent future problems. My unit is running more quietly than in a long time. His expertise is obvious and I would be happy to have him in the future should the need arise.

Excellent work from Darien and Matt. New A/C install went very well. This is our second A/C with the company, have used them for years. Reliable, consistent service. Thank you!

Very disappointed with service call on maintenance of my AC Unit. Day one, 12/11/24 the BFS technician came to maintain my unit, AC would not start, checked thermostat and told me it was fried, then he went up to unit in attack and told me that the transformer was fried also, he replaced both and still could not get the AC unit to work and informed me that he thought the circuit board was shot also. He was going to office to order one. BFS office called me later that day told me they would be out Thursday 12/12/24 and the bill would be $538.00, I told them OK. Day 2 , 12/12/2024 new technician came over with no ladders, used the one I had (which is a short one) put new circuit board in and unit still did not work, he thought that the transformer that was put in the day before was bad (It was just replaced yesterday) said he had to order one back at office. I waited all day with no call back , so I called BFS office and asked when they would be back to fix my AC, was put on hold , finally came back and was told they would be there on Friday 12/13/24. Day 3, 12/13/24 Ricky showed up apologizing for all that has happened in the past two days, He replaced the 2nd transformer, I overheard him on the phone with the office stating one of the technicians wired the first one wrong and it burned out. which makes me wonder did I really need a new circuit board which I ended up paying for. He checked the system and the blower, heat and AC seemed to be working. So, many items replaced and no manuels for the new thermostat. I will say Ricky was the most Knowledgeable and helpful technician of all three that showed up.
My last concern with this is my yearly maintenance contract of the AC, The drain was not checked or cleaned the filter was not checked and nothing was done with the outside unit. So we don't know if the AC is in good running order.
We have been with BFS since 2018 but are seriously considering not using them in the future.

Darien, Matt and Robert did a great job with the installation of our new A/C and water heater. We were pleased with the work they performed and how professional they were. We have been using Broward’s service for a few years now and will continue to use their service.

My son's air conditioner died. He bought a new one from Broward Factory Service after getting quotes from other companies. Broward had the best price. They were also able to install the new air conditioner two days later. I oversaw the installation because my son had to work that day. The Broward team, Darien and Brett, that installed the new air conditioner did a great job. They even cleaned up afterward.

I just had a problem with my air conditioner not working and Broward Factory Service showed up within an hour of calling them. He vacuumed the line out, topped off the refrigerant and changed the filter. On top of him doing his job perfectly. He was also very polite and respectful. I would recommend this company to anyone who likes fast service.

Had my A/C unit replaced today. Been with them for 20 years or so. Eric quoted me a new Reem 14 Ton. It was installed by Darian and Matt today they worked straight through lunch. Not only did they do a great job but made all the existing parts which was the housing look new. We has 56 degrees coming out the vent I check it myself just for fun and giggles, Also got an UV light. Darian was the lead man but they work together as a team so it was hard to say there was any lead man. VERY VERY HAPPY with the job price was competitive. So if you need a unit call and ask for Eric he's been there since Moses wore short pants { he's not that old}

Great company been with them for over 20 years they are reliable and the Techs are well trained. Office people are friendly. Shawn is the manager runs a great ship. We have had the GOLD service contract. Well worth the money and have peace of mind.

Sunday night our airconditioned died! I called a friend that recently used Broward and got rave reviews so I called Eric on Monday morning. He arrived at our condo 2 hours later and gave us an excellent quote which we immediately signed. Tuesday morning Darrien, Matt and Robert arrived at 9:00 am to install the complete air conditioning unit with the outside condenser. They covered the floor in the front door area prior to install. The unit was tested and up and working by 1:00pm all thanks to the great work done by Darrien, Matt and Robert! I have been using Broward since 2005 when I first moved to Tampa. They are a fantastic company. Always courteous, knowledgeable and they get the job done in a timely manner. I now live in Southwest Florida and the Ft. Myers office is just as efficient. We also replaced our AC unit with them because we got the best price and they threw in a hot water heater. I have recommended their service to many people in my community and they are proud to say that they are now Broward Factory customers.

We had Browards Install a new Furnace and Air Conditioner on our 5th floor Condo. Our unit was destroyed by Hurricane Ian. Darrin and Matt did a great job on the install very professional service. We have a service contract with Browards and they always respond within 1 day to fix the problem.

We just arrived back in Florida for the season and discovered we had a refrigerant leak in our A/C system. Broward responded quickly and identified a leak in the condenser unit. They offered us a very attractive price on the installation of new top of the line equipment compared to other companies we quoted. Matt and Darien did a excellent job on the installation of our new A/C system-they were prompt, polite, worked non stop, protected our new flooring and cleaned up everything.
