I am so grateful to have had Ori / Appliance Champ come and help to fix my washer/dryer unit yesterday. I had already had another company come out to fix the problem last week and it was not fully resolved. Thankfully Ori was able to easily diagnose the problem and provide a solution and now it's working like new!! Very honest, professional service, Very respectful and top quality work. Also very affordable and no bait and switch at all.

Repaired my graphics card, an RTX 4090 that had a melted 12VHPWR connector. Very professional and quick! It was hard to find shops that can do board-level repairs like that. I'm glad I chose this one.

ZapFixers was the best choice I could have made for repairing my GPU. The methods of request, communication, payment and shipping were a breeze. The contact Andy who recieved my repair request was more than happy to explain the problem and the cause. He also provided a link for more information on both. Had a 4090 12VHPWR adapter melt (thanks nvidia) and sent it into zapfixers to get replaced. They were fast, professional, and cheaper than the quoted price from northridgerepair.

My experience with Zapfixers was a very responsive and respectful customer support team. Their micro soldering work on my 5090 graphics card is incredible. It looks like the connector was factory new as it had no big beads using just the right amount to fix it to the board. I would greatly recommend their services for board repairs to anyone who are on the fence to send their board in as well.

They did a connector replacement on a melted RTX 4090 graphics card for me. Very clean work, looks better than new! Great communication and professionalism, and quick turnaround. They saved a very expensive piece of equipment!

They were super friendly and informative with my questions. They not only repaired the initial issue with my 3080ti (burned power DrMOS), but also replaced the memory thermal pads when they noticed the thermals were higher than they should be. This cost me less than trying to get a new RTX 5050. 100% worth!!!
