Couldn't have asked for a better service. I made 1 little mistake with my 5090 FE water block install by damaging some traces on the board, Andy fixed it right up and everything is back up and running upon the return of the card. I consider myself a competent computer guy. After taking my 3090 graphics card apart 3 times, I could not get it to post. I was outside my return/RMA window and thought I was just out of luck. Then, after doing some googling, I decided to mail it to Zapfixers and see if they could salvage my 3090. I can't recommend Zapfixers and Andy enough! I made a costly mistake while attempting to repaste my NVIDIA RTX 4000 ADA Generation card and accidentally knocked several components off the board. This is an extremely expensive card, and I thought I'd completely ruined it.

Back in December, my RTX 5090 12vhpwrAfter having my RMA from MSI reject for my RTX 5090 Ventus 3X OC, I didn't know where to turn. Someone on reddit recommend Zapfixers as a choice and they lived up to their recommendation. I paid for express shipping on my 5090 and they had the 12vhpwr connector replaced within a day of receiving the card! Very grateful for the great and professional service. I will be using them again in the future if I ever need to get another GPU repaired.

Sergio made a most accurate diagnosis of my dryer within 2 hrs of my original call to him. The next day he arrived ahead of schedule with the replacement part & within an hour the dryer was operating flawlessly. So I was without a dryer for less than 24 hrs due to exemplary response time & skill👍🏼

Sceptical about previous reviews, actual service was as described. Real 5 star. Sergio was on time and quickly diagnosed the issue, a new water pump was required. We organized a date, Even though Sergio could do the job sooner. As we were back sooner than planned, a quick call to check Sergio's availability. He was at the door within the hour. I called Lion Appliance Repair after a bad experience with another repair company for not having the proper Certificate of Insurance required by our condo building.

Lion Appliance Repair is located in Hollywood, FL, but I got lucky and was able to connect with Sergio who happened to be close by working on a different job on the day of his visit.

I found Sergio to be polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He determined the problem with our washer from our brief phone conversation and brought the correct part to fix the issue. What impressed me most was his honesty and diligence.

Sergio recommended that we purchase a new washer since the cost of the repairs would cost more than the appliance itself. Sergio replaced a part to temporarily fix the washer until the new one arrived. He took the time to clean the area where some oil leaked on the floor and moved the washer back in its place.

Sergio answered as soon as I called, arrived quickly and on time, and diagnosed the problem with my GE washer immediately. He was able to make the repair (belt) within minutes, cleaned up his work space and made sure the washer was running perfectly before leaving. He is efficient, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.
