Contacted Appliance Champ and appreciated their timely response and excellent repair of my washer. Everything went smoothly and charges were reasonable. I would highly recommend.

After being flaky for a couple years, both ice makers in my LG refrigerator stopped dropping ice. A tech came over in a few hours, quickly diagnosed the problem, and resolved it. Pleasant tech and reasonable pricing.

I booked an appointment because my refrigerator was running all night long, causing our electricity bill to be higher than normal. Ori arrived on time, and confirmed the prescribed temperatures showed the correct temperatures in the freezer and refrigerator compartments. I explained I had to raise the cooling switch levels and the refrigerator was continually running to maintain temperatures. After checking, Ori discovered a burnt out switch in the "on" position causing the problem. He also checked the evaporator too. Ori replaced the switch, evacuated and topped off refrigerant. The refrigerator now runs like it used to at lower switch levels, the compressor and fans aren't running all the time, and it maintains the correct temperatures in the freezer and refrigerator compartments. Thank You!

Amazingly thorough! Within weeks of moving into our new home our refrigerator decided to stop working. Ori showed up quickly and on time.
