The technician, Michael is a 10 stars. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, polite and patient. He explained the problem, how it occurred and the fix. The response time for this company from the time I initiated the call was 2 hours!! Appreciate the speedy service in restoring our A/C on a 98 degree day.

Keith was very friendly and extremely professional. He quickly fixed my AC unit during this hot Florida summer day. I called early in the morning and they were able to come out in the afternoon. Jenkins is always very responsive and courteous. Highly recommended!

we always have our air-conditioned service by Jenkins. Their technicians are always prompt and they do an amazing job. So kind and explain everything so where we understand it. I would highly recommend them to all my family and friends.

We noticed and issue with our AC unit inside and Jenkins was out the next day. Received messages on when they would arrive and picture of the technician. Tim was friendly and able to fix the issue quickly. Felt like the price was reasonable

Our upstairs unit stopped working and within minutes of me calling in the issue to their office, I received a call from Tim. Tim was courteous and very helpful and had our problem fixed quickly. I was very impressed with his customer service. It’s good to see that in this day and age. I will definitely use Jenkins again and hopefully Tim will be the technician on call.

Annual service agreement is worth every penny. The company does a great job of reaching out/following up to schedule regular system check ups (every 6 mos), and anytime we’ve needed a part replaced, it has been affordable and the tech has had the part in their truck. Super convenient and great service!

Came out for routine check up and technician made a mistake which fully disabled my perfectly fine AC system for the evening, overnight and until they came back the next day and fixed it. It was 99 degrees! They don't do 24/7. And when I asked if there was any discount for all the trouble they caused us, the manager got offended and insulting. Would NOT recommend!

I would give Garret a ten! Experienced, professional, pairs attention to details. First time I see any AC tech hose off my AC, moved the UV light window to its proper position for me to see, wiped off markers that was not needed, just meticulously done in his maintenance check. Did a fabulous job and gave very helpful & useful tips for maintenance.

Customer service over the phone is awesome. Very responsive and they listen to your needs and share any and all options to meet your needs. I use them for my home maintenance and my business maintenance. I had issues at my business beyond my scope but they came, they fixed it and they did it fast and quick. Everyone there that I have ever had the pleasure of working with is AWESOME! Highly recommend.

First time we used Jenkins and their service is EXCELLENT. Very professional, high level of experience and their response time is amazing. Keith is a gem...so personable with a wealth of knowledge. My only regret is that we did not discover them sooner!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had repeated issues with their techs that came to do our bi-annual maintenance, but overlooked the issues. The final straw for us was when we had a problem with our AC recently. We had been having an ongoing issue, The unit was not cooling properly. They had looked at the unit several times including a service call and at our normal maintenance visits and could not find anything wrong. Finally the unit stopped cooling completely. They came back out and told me it was very obvious we had a major freon leak in the air handler and it needed to be replaced for $5,000 or we may want to consider a full replacement for $10,000 due to upcoming changes in regulations. Well, that didn't sit right with me so I called out another company. Come to find out we did have a freon leak, but it was at the outside unit and that their maintenance tech likely caused the issue to be worse because they did not replace the caps on the ports that help to keep freon in the system. In addition we had a bad valve in the indoor unit. All said and done we spent about 1/3 the cost to repair the unit, that they quoted to replace. I emailed the owner and got zero response. We won't be using this company again. They are either incompetent or unethical. I'll let you decide.
