This company took advantage of me! They installed brand new equipment on top of mold and rotted copper lines and did not bring this to my attention prior to installation.

I've had to call them to my home THREE times since the original installation date of October 2024 and have not received resolution. They want me to pay for additional services, when they know they were in error of not making me aware of their observation prior to installing the ac unit.

Also, there was no field supervisor who ever came out to inspect the job. POOR SERVICE!!!

BUYER BEWARE-DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Update: 07/28/25- It is apparent in the company’s response they want to continue to deflect from what really occurred. The bottom line is, their techs installed NEW equipment on top of rotted copper lines and mold, and did not bring it to my attention prior to installation. They refuse to take responsibility for their actions!

Again, BUYER BEWARE‼️ Do not use this company for anything! The time is 9:56pm and we are suffering in our home, due to this company’s negligence and unethical business practices. The photo shows what my thermostat is set on and the actual temperature in here, currently. This is just awful!

Adam was very helpful, friendly, and informative. Got the work done quickly and was very pleasant to talk to. Would definitely recommend him as a tech.

Did an amazing job installing a mini split ductless air conditioner and heating system for my sunroom. The crew was very meticulous and detailed oriented with their workmanship. Communication was excellent and the crew was concerned with making sure everything was completed to our satisfactory standard.

James and Santana did an amazing job cleaning/handling all of our vents in our new home we just purchased! Really appreciated them for all the information, education, suggestions, and kind words! Very professional and very quick to fix this for us! Definitely recommend using Mighty Air for all of your AC needs!! 10/10 service & professionalism from both gentlemen! Thank you so much!!

Adam W was a very knowledgeable tech. Addressed the concerns with the A/C unit and told me what needed to happen after I told him the electricity bill was sky high.

Update: doesnt surprise me because you literally have an excuse for every negative response on here making the person seem like its their fault and making the reference to your liking. You said you've been in contact with him in your statement, but then told me on the phone by the dispatcher its his fault for not answering the phone when we have already rescheduled multiple times no one came. She never called to confirm you actually messaged on Tuesday saying this person will arive between certain times on Wednesday. There was no communication plain and simple. and me calling on his behalf was false as well since my husband and grandfather called back and I had no communication after that horrendous interaction. I was belittled for standing up for my grandfather because I believe he was given the run around. He would like you to contact him for a refund i will not be putting info for contact on here hence the unprofessionalism. 4 times in a few weeks is ridiculous. Over a month total trying to get him an appointment for something simple. We will gladly take our business elsewhere.

I have never been so disrespected in my life with a company. They literally in reviews try to justify actions instead of making a situation right. My grandfather has been trying to get his ac maintenance for a month. Hes 85 and so i help him with calls when needed. They have rescheduled 3 times and then cancelled the day before Thanksgiving when they were promising they would be there. I have proof of these appointments being made and the claimed they have been calling. I have call logs on my grandfather's phone and noone has called at all I have pictures as well. NO ONE CALLED to reschedule any of these times. On top of that im already frustrated and tony or antonio its one of them literally said I needed to respect him because I was mad and was not being as nice as i could be but this has already happened multiple times and we paid for a service that has never happened. I tried to explain that he already paid and he said he did not care and hes not giving his money back. he continued with he didnt care if this inconveniences us for the 4th time now not showing.Not only that he did not say he apologized it was extremely unprofessional to act that way back to a customer that is upset. Clearly no empathy and now we're having to yet again for the 4th time convenience them fitting our schedules to theirs. They are rude and literally scam you. And just an FYI taking advantage of an elderly person is elderly abuse. You thought you were gonna be able to pull stuff on him and thats the worst part about it.

I placed a service call for a AC unit that was not cooling. They came out next day and Randy was absolutely amazing. He was very friendly, patient and detailed. He clearly explained what was wrong with my HVAC, offered short-term and long-term solutions, and worked with me to find the best option to fit my situation. He was helpful with suggestions and even offered me a deal for my requested services. I will definitely be purchasing Mighty Air’s services again if their service is always this good!

Keenan was outstanding! Was more than willing to explain everything over the phone with me while I was at work as my wife was the only one at home. All his info was easy to understand which helped us make our decision easy. Highly recommend and will continue to use.

Santana came out for maintenance on our unit. He was fantastic! Courteous and incredibly helpful. Also explained all work and provided pictures. Very happy with the service.

Antonio was great. Honest, knowledgeable and great communication. They came down to Palm Coast and put in a new unit for me. Highly recommend this company.

Recently bought house with a 2yr old Ac unit that had not been properly maintained.
Trennis inspected and cleaned the unit.
Elijah cleaned ducts.
Both were professional answered my concerns and were very knowledgeable. Very pleasant and respectful to myself, the house, and my belongings.
Did a service agreement with them. Very happy.
Upfront with cost which was very reasonable. Especially with what they had to work with.
Would recommend.

Mighty Air replaced all my OLD duct work and recently installed a new AC unit. They were professional in all aspects, competitive in pricing, and I value working with a family run business. I plan to be a customer for all my future HVAC needs and strongly encourage you to consider them.

We had a duct cleaning done in one of our units on property. They were very accommodating and professional. They were efficient and polite! The ducts are sparkling now and no signs weeks later of any dirt accumulating. We will definitely continue to use Mighty Air!

GOT BAIT AND SWITCHED.. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
technician came to my house asses the issue and said my air handler unit needed heat strips.. told me it would be 758.00 to add heat strips to the unit and that he HAD the parts available and that he would be back later the SAME DAY to install them..... shocked after seeing that ridiculously high bill. i told them the only way i would move forward paying that high bill is if he could 100% undeniably come back the same day to install the heat strips. he said "yes, absolutely it will just be later today after i get the parts that we have confirmed we have them"...he double confirmed this

fast forward 3 hours later i get a call from headquarters telling me that now they can only get the parts on hand to install tomorrow which is not at all what i agreed to and contradicts what the technician told me. had i known this i would have hired someone else that i knew for sure had the parts and could have done it much cheaper..

Santana Daniel did an excellent job. He was very professional, explained everything clearly, and left everything clean. I can already notice better airflow in the house. Highly recommend!

Victor is very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough!
He didn't waste any time restoring my HVAC back to new, and breathing free and easy again!
He even cleared all those pesky schedules (that I never put in!) from my thermostat for me! And he COMPLETED the resuscitation with an Access port to the drain line to allow me to flush and perform preventative maintenance; so, I'll never have another clogged drain line problem! (That's how I MET Mighty Air last year!) lol
I feel comfortable that my money was WELL SPENT!
