Really want to say thank you to Amanda, David, and Tommy for the quality service I received today. I was able to get an appt the same day I called when I told them about my AC issue (thermostat not coming on). They immediately worked with me to send someone out and fix my issue. Amanda also called me and walked me through on how to get my warranty in sync for my condenser and air handler with Carrier as only one of the items was setup and registered to me. Made it super easy to handle the warranty issue. Tommy arrived shortly after and immediately figured out what the issue was. He was super friendly and took the time to explain to me how to fix the issue for next time and how to maintain the drain pipe going forward so that I wouldn’t need to call for service for this particular problem. Great service, friendly, professional and solved more than one problem within a few minutes. Thank you all for your help with the warranty issue and the great service. One happy and satisfied customer!

Most trustworthy HVAC Company in Jacksonville area! I didn't need an entire new system...they replaced bad motor and parts after storm damage to my rental property. Operates great now! I bought an annual service contract to save on any future maintenance costs. Techs were knowledgeable and informative. Good customer service.

Jenkins Heating and Air provided excellent service for a part replacement. They were our second opinion and so glad we called them. The other company we called quoted 6k for a repair or a total replacement over 10k for a part they said was not under warranty. Jenkins took care of the issue and in fact it was under warranty! Very thankful for them in their honesty and expertise. Highly recommend.

I called late in the day for an urgent issue and they were able to fit in a service call the same day. Garrett was professional and friendly. He completed the work competently and restored our heat before a very cold night. I highly recommend Jenkins and have been a customer for over 10 years.

I will never recommend this company. Very unprofessional, poor communication. Very dirty work. Very poor customer service, they don’t appreciate the customer. They provide me with a quote to do an installation without taking all in consideration, to come after and start adding money to get it done. The quote was done to install a new ac system, I was providing the unit. They should quote the job taking in consideration the age of the house and everything need it for the installation. After they finish the installation we noticed some leaking, we check the main ducts in the attic and it was leaking, so we told them. Well they came back saying we need to change the ducts because they were all. The main unit should have a breaker install for the heather option, they did not install it and the connection were done direct which means is not to the code and the inspector can not approve it. The unit outside sounds like and old truck running on dirt, looks like it is loose from the ground. JUST THE WORST. Don’t waste your money.

Randy and Bryan solved our A/C problem and explained all our options without hidden charges or surprises.

We loved the fact that they gave us the chance to think and pick the option that is more suitable at this time.

In addition both of them provided some advice to extend the life our A/C units.

In short, honest, fast and very conscious about quoting and pricing.

Excellent job!!! I was referred to Mighty Air after my own air conditioning company refused to fix the leaky and condensation-forming AC lines. Following the inspection, Antonio noted that the pan size didn't match my fairly new AC unit, so I had them fix the lines and replace the pan/switch. The proposal was quick, communication was excellent and the techs, Trennis and Ryan, did the proposed job in record time. They were professional, knowledgeable and accommodating! Thank you!!!
