Incompetent & Careless company

Should be reported to Department of business & professional regulations.
Couldn’t even give a proper estimate and after service-installation issues with units.
Called another company - they took care of their mess.

Update: The owner and I have discussed this issue and he has scheduled a tech to complete the work as agreed upon.

**Extremely Unprofessional and Disappointing – Do Not Trust Mighty Air, Inc.**

My experience with Mighty Air, Inc. in Jacksonville was one of the most frustrating and disappointing I’ve ever had. They promised specific services that were never fully completed. I made every effort to resolve the issue — calling multiple times, leaving messages, and asking for updates — but the owner refused to return my calls.

They advertise "transparent pricing" on their website, but that is completely misleading. Even days after claiming the work was finished, they failed to provide any billing or service documentation until I demanded it. When they finally sent the invoice — after multiple requests — the agreed-upon work was conveniently missing. In fact, they had to issue two separate invoices because they couldn't get the first one correct. To make matters worse, their prices were outrageously high given the complete lack of professionalism, communication, and follow-through.

I genuinely tried to give them every opportunity to make this right, and they simply chose not to.

Save yourself the frustration and look for a company that values honesty, accountability, and basic customer service — Mighty Air, Inc. is not that company.

Mighty Air was great, they came out to do a cleaning on both of my AC for the summer months and they will be back again in the fall. They were super knowledgeable and caught an error that the builder made of the filter being too small for the unit, along with the filter latch. James was great and was able to walk and actually show me each step of what he was doing and what the unit actually looked like. He also walked through the readings on my compressors and what each reading meant.

They are to coming back out to clean the coils that were really dusty due to the small filter and latch, and are also installing a UV light.

Young man very nice but not very experienced. He did not fix issue not charge me. I would not call them again.
Called another they fixed it one hour.

My experience with Mighty Air has been fantastic! All of their employees have been so helpful. Trennis and Ryan(Installation) did a great and professional job. Give these guys raises! Once again, thanks for everything.

Called. Came out same day. Technician Trennis was very respectful. Very knowledgeable, and professional. He got my unit cooling again. Great honest work from Might Air.

The crew that came was so professional, clean and explained step by step of there service. I highly recommend the company.

Santana came out and performed the vent cleaning and 1 yr. Maintenence, he is so meticulous and detailed in his work and is especially professional, polite and kind.

Today, Trent, came out to install another vent in the upstairs hallway. He is very professional and personable, really he is just like family and of course extremely knowledgeable and detailed.

I highly recommend Mighty Air to all.

My AC unit stopped working a few weeks ago. The day it went down Mighty Air was here getting my unit up and running. I signed up for the maintenance pkg. That has been done as well. My AC unit is like new, blowing cold air. Everyone i spoke to on the phone was so friendly and happy to help. The Tech's that came out were amazing. Their field supervisor arrived on time and appeared very knowledgeable and straightforward. After evaluating our needs, he conferred with his office ( owner’s son) and arrived at a quote for the entire job of $2495.00. We paid a 50% deposit to begin the project, but when he called the office to schedule, the price was increased to $3500.00. We were shocked with the change in price and were told he would go back and discuss our project with the owner. The next day we received a call from the office manager with a new quote for the very same project, now $5200.00.
We told him this was completely unacceptable. Now we keep getting requests to rate their company. What do you think?

We got a response to this review from the company stating that they “want to make it right”, yet they have offered nothing different to try to do so. Draw your own conclusions.

We had this company come out today On a SUNDAY not only was it a weekend the technician Brayan arrived earlier than planned which is amazing in itself. He was fast informative and very clean. He was able to fix my Ac unit a lot faster than I expected. I would recommend this company and the same technician to anyone who needs or is looking for a Great AC company!!

I wanted to say thank you so much for 2 different dates of service! 7/28 Mighty Air came out for emergency service at 9pm! Bryan had worked all day that day but he was the most polite and friendly person you could imagine. He was there until he got it figured out and wasn’t giving up!! He also helped me understand the importance of having regular maintenance contracts, to avoid situations like this in the future. 8/12 Ronnell out for the service contract and was not only super nice but knowledgeable and made sure everything was working properly before he left. He had a reading that didn’t seem to be correct so he reached out for help from his team and made sure it was correctly before heading out.Outstanding customer service, they both get 5 stars in my book!! The way service used to be and should be!! Thanks a million Bryan and Ronnell!!

We had a wonderful experience with Mighty Air and want to especially recognize Shawn, the technician who worked on our unit. He was absolutely professional, focused, and incredibly thorough. Shawn worked continuously without wasting a minute, clearly explained what was going on with the AC system, and walked us through what needed to be done.

Once the repair was complete, he double-checked everything to make sure it was working perfectly and left the area clean and neat. We truly appreciated his attention to detail and professionalism throughout the entire visit.

I would highly recommend Mighty Air to anyone in need of AC repair work — top-notch service from start to finish!

Got a brand new ac unit from these guys in Feb 2025 and since then they have come almost 8 times since then to fix some on the other issue with the unit. Sometimes the drain line issues , then capacitor blows up, thermostat stops working and what not. And the worst part the owner has never called once to acknowledge this. Bad technicians, one worst than the other. Left hand of the company does not know what the right hand is doing. Zero stars if I could or negative stars if that ever exists. Their last visit was on Sept 19 this year and this afternoon i called them again coz the thermostat they replaced went blank
AGAIN.

Dave came out and set up everything,
but unfortunately we couldn't get the air ducts clean because my system is an older type and it wouldn't fit in pipes. But he is great. I would definitely recommend them and I will use them for other services.

Everything about my service call was handled in a very professional, positive and efficient manner. From the 1st time I reached out last night to James who communicated with me all the way until the call was dispatched to the Field Supervisor Randy finalizing my repairs up Everything went smoothly. As a customer I appreciate the communication the most and they everyone kept up with that in a perfect above and beyond manner. Randy kept me informed of everything he and his team planned to do every step of the way. The service was done efficiently and professionally with advice on how to keep the AC working properly. With this great experience I quickly agreed to a service maintenance contract as I trust the work of James, Randy and his team with Mighty Air to ensure my HVAC stays running well. Thank you guys for all of your help in this HOT summer. Try to stay cool out there and be safe!

They are great just finished my maintenance plan for the winter they made sure everything was Clean. I will be using them in the spring to make sure my system is clean and good to go for the summer.

It took a long time because of warranty parts. Times have change but no one carries parts and warranty replacement takes a long time. It took about 2-3 months to get all things fixed but in the end we have 2 good operating ac units. They were at least able to get ac working in about 4-5 weeks. I had 2 other ac units in the house so with a couple fans I could move a round the other cooled air.

They also fixed my mother in laws system in a couple hours. She has no additional units so it was important to get it back up running.

I used this company since 2018.
