Jasmine showed up ready to work. She was thorough, kept me in the loop about everything she was doing. And made me feel at peace that she was going to make sure everything was clean, dry, and treated so we would have no further issues. The water hose to my ice maker flooded my house in May. A neighbor gave me Mico Tech's #. Said she had a similar situation and they provided great service. Well she was right! Mason and his team were Incredible!! Everything was dried out in a weekend! Mason came by every day, answered his phone personally every time I called! Very rarely does a company provide caring, personal, high quality service like MicroTech did for me...great job!!! Thank you!!
