Very pleased with the great service . Called on a Saturday morning when my oven was not working properly to schedule an appt. thinking it would be for the following week but they were able to send their tech that same day .... WOW 😲 on Saturday no extra charge. Tech came diagnosed, had to order the part and a few days later my oven was repaired. They were so nice and extremely professional I would highly recommend them. My ice machine stopped making ice. Called to schedule an appointment and someone always picked up the phone and was always helpful. There was always a follow up phone call and the technician was on time and very professional. It’s still nice to see that there are companies out there that have great customer service. The representative that came to provide service, his name was Sanjaye, he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He provided thorough explanation of the service being provided and answered all my questions. Sanjaye really deserves a promotion or a reward for such great work he does, what a great service. I would recommend this company to anyone! it is hard to find such professionals these days.

His attention to detail caught a leak in my sink that he was not there to repair.

Competent -- but dishonest.

They say there's a $100 fee to come to your house, but that if you proceed with a repair, this is applied towards the total price.

But then, they quote you for parts, plus labor, PLUS THE $100! And then they say it's true, they apply the $100... but only towards the $100 itself. It's meaningless and very misleading.

So you end up paying for the initial visit in full whether your proceed or not.

All of which would be fine if they said this clearly and upfront, instead of this Orwellian bait-and-switch.

Everyone was very nice to do business with. They have a seamless operating process. This was my second service provided by this company. The previous time before A Gonzalez was sent out to my home i was already exhausted by my broken washer and the long wait for service and finally several technicians that did finish the repair. Once A Gonzalez was dispatched by my warranty company they not only responded immediately but they also fixed the problem in that first visit. Had a dryer issue at my rental property and googled to find this company. The ratings are definitly deserved. Edgar came out the next day, on time. He checked it over and told me the issue. They are honest and fast working. But I emphasize HONEST. I just found my go to company for appliance issues.

My LG washer’s drain pump failed. LG’s service offered to repair for $375. AG was one of the service companies they referred. I saved over $100 by going with AG. Every part of the service experience exceeded my expectations, from scheduling the appointment, to the excellent communication with the service tech, to the speedy and competent work of the tech. I highly recommend these folks. Five stars.
