I have used Gonzalez Appliance Repair several times, for refrigirator, and for washer, and dryer. They have always arrived on time for the appointments, and have been courtious, and very professional. They explain the prolem, and they let you know what the cost will be to fix it. I trust them, and always call them when I need appliance repairs

My LG washer dryer combo (all in one unit) was serviced by Scott yesterday. This is the first time in 15 years that I receive a 5 stars PLUS service in this country. The technician is super professional, knowledgeable, honest… OUTSTANDING!
Now this message goes to the owner of the company: Scott showed me that he is a LOYAL and valuable person. I asked him to give me his cell number so I could call him directly if my appliance gets broken again… His response was “NO, I’m sorry, my employer is very gentile and kind… There is no way I would steal customers from them”
That says a lot about this person. I’m glad to know there are still good people in this world.

Had issue with my GE Monogram fridge. This is a built-in with the compressor on the top, like a Sub-Zero. So it's pricey.
AG was pre-prepared. In other words, he asked for the model number so the tech could have some spare parts ready. Nice forward-thinking. Instead of coming to diagnose, then getting a part, and then coming back - they came ready with some of the likely culprits.
Result - fridge fixed in 30 minutes and on the first trip. A+ all the way!

We called on Wednesday and was able to get an appointment for today (Friday). We were updated via phone call and via text when our tech completed his previous job and was on the way to our home. Our technician, Sanjaye, arrived within the hour with his diagnostic tools ready to work on our GE washer which had stopped working after 5 years. He was pleasant, communicative and shared knowledge about our machine.

Although I decided to replace the washer rather than repair it, the service is noteworthy and the company will be stored in my contacts for referrals and future reference. Thank you.

Have not have a technician as knowledgeable, patient, respectful, positive, and very willing to explain technical issues with my GE Dishwasher, as Sanjaye from AG Appliance Services! Carlos was our service technician and he was fantastic. Very polite, knowlegable and efficient. He not only repaired my LG gas dryer, he vacuumed the interior part, oiled the rollers and generally maintained the overall machine. I would give him SIX STARS if I could. Highly recommend AGAppliance Service! Our Liebherr Refrigerator had to have a new compressor installed after a power surge rendered the original compressor obsolete. AGAppliances has capable technicians who explain clearly what must be done to make an appliance operational & they are pleasant with which to do business!

I've never used their services before, and now I think I'll be even less likely to because of their employee's behavior. I'd think everything there is this bad. I'll attach a picture of this car that almost hit me, forcing me to get out of the way. Judging by his actions, he seemed to be under the influence of something. I have the full video of this.
