Sanjaye did a great job. Patiently run a troubleshooting process and found the issue. Spare parts were brought in and he took care of the repair, with attention to details, avoiding scratches, and cleaning after the job was done. Great work.

My husband and I both agree that this was by far the best appliance service that we have ever had. The initial contact with the office was friendly and professional. The appointment for service was quick.
An automated system informed us when the tech would arrive. The refrigerator was diagnosed, parts were ordered and replaced promptly. The techs were very good. A. Gonzalez made sure everything was in warranty. We were very happy.

Carlos and Evelyn were both very professional, knowledgeable and responsive in fixing the issues we had with our LG refrigerator. New, genuine parts were ordered and installed quickly and correctly. When another issue came up, this company didn’t try to reason it away, but came back and fixed it. Any time we need our appliances serviced we call A Gonzalez. They are professional, honest & knowledgeable. Today we had a leaky washer and our technician, Sanjaye, was quickly able to identify the problem. A quick replacement of an old drain hose and we were back up and running within an hour. Would highly recommend them.

Fast and caring appointment set up. Amazing prompt reliable Service. I text them late evening and the owner Alfonso was calling at 8am. Sent a repairman (Luis) that same day and fixed our washing machine very professionally at a reasonable price. Had the necessary parts at his Van. Left every clean. Was very proper with my wife and gave additional advice to avoid future occurrences. We have used them several times over many years and these folks are always consistently reliable and very punctual and reasonably priced.

The tech Luis showed up on time as promised by dispatch. He was extremely profession, knowledgeable and courteous. Got to work quickly and did not drag on. I have recommended this company and tech to all my friends.

They are excellent. They answered my call and told me they would have someone to come by to make an assessment. A Gonzalez Appliance repair gave me an appointment the same day I called for an assessment and told me their repair person would be coming over in a time window of approximately 4 hours. The best part they showed up in that time window plus provided repairs and order the parts needed for the repair all on the same day I called them. When the parts arrived they set up an appointment for the installation and again showed up during the promised time window. A Gonzalez repair are very professional and trustworthy. I highly recommend their services.

Luis came around earlier than expected and did a great job! Our fridge and freezer stopped cooling and he told us the compressor went bad. Spent probably an hour and change doing it and we have the fridge working again no problem. Highly recommend their service!

Luis was incredibly informative, explaining the problem clearly and providing a cost estimate for the repair upfront. He worked quickly and efficiently, and I was thrilled that my issue was resolved the same day, thanks to them having the necessary parts available. Highly recommend their services for anyone in need of appliance repair!

Sanjaye was absolutely wonderful! He explained the issue and next steps very well. He did quick and efficient work. The office staff was also great! They were able to find an exact replacement of a piece that was discontinued! I would absolutely recommend them and plan to use them again if I have more appliance needs!

What an absolute pleasure. And how unusual in Miami lately. Called on Saturday afternoon with a dead washing machine. 2 minutes on the phone and had an appointment for Monday morning. Technicians here Monday morning @9:30. Fixed, part on the truck, super reasonable, technicians very knowledgeable, friendly and meticulously clean. My LG washer has never run this well.

I highly recommend this company. We called for a broken washing machine, and they came at the time scheduled. The technician, Luis, was great and very honest. He provided us with different options and recommended that it would be best to purchase a new machine as opposed to conducting a repair, even though that meant he and the company would be losing out additional money. My front load GE washer developed a water leak, as its stacked its hard to move out of the closet it's in - tight space and 2 machines to pull instead of 1. They sent 2 technicians to service it, they used an inflatable mat that lifted the unit up and then glided right out. Any other technician would have yanked it out most likely damaging the unit, the brackets holding the washer & dryer together, and further damage to my floor. The care they took made all the difference. Will definitely use them again for any other appliance repairs.
