We have had Vortechs service our equipment and install new equipment for us. Their level of service has been exemplary. When our server room A/C went down, our old company stated that they could not come for several days. Vortechs' owner came and fixed the unit within an hour. They have been honest and fair with their pricing, and I fully recommend their service.

Tech came out to troubleshoot why my AC unit was not blowing cold air. After troubleshooting it, this was the diagnosis: No cool on downstairs system. Found fault in air distribution system. No resolution for repairs at this time. I was told the whole distribution system needed to be replaced. When I asked the technician what was bad with the distribution system he just kept saying the whole thing needed to be replaced. After multiple questions I was able to learn he found a wire with melted insulation, which was not included in the diagnosis, wonder why , after all he did take pictures of it. They wanted to charge me $1800 to replace everything. I knew all those components could not be bad. So I paid the $79 service fee and off he went. I proceeded to investigate myself and found that the fan blower relay had faulted which is exactly where that wire hooked up to. End of story - I found the relay for $60 and a new connector for the melted wire. Replaced those 2 items in about 30 minutes and now m AC is back up and running with no problems. The technician tried to dishonestly upsell me. I will not ever use Vortech again.

Joe arrived on time and very professional, asked a few questions and got right to work. Diagnosed the problems with our ac unit and gave me options on what it needed and solutions to fix it. I will definitely use Vortechs again if we have any HVAC problems and will recommend to any family and friends.

Very disappointment with this company. Not flexible at all. Made me pay $200 when they could of just let the technician do my 6 month maintenance early since I'm less than 6 weeks shy from it and I would of been more than happy to pay the $79 Service call. And this is the shortest amount of time that my system is backed up since it was just done in June.

But the technician was great, came and did what he had to do.

I had came across Joe and Jacob by chance one day as I was walking home, and I had explained to them what progress energy suggested I needed to do in order to be able to heat my home efficiently, I asked them if they were available to come, look and give me an estimate, we set an appointment up for the very next morning. They showed up on time, which I appreciated and then they started doing what they do.
When they were finished analyzing the problem, they informed me of what I needed to do that would ultimately save me time and money.
Later that day I received an estimate of the work suggested and a follow up phone call.
I have to say I am very pleased with the amount of professionalism and knowledge that Vortech Heating and Air has brought to me, and when I can afford to make the changes needed I will definitely be calling them to do the work.

Vortechs is open after hours so scheduling an appointment was very convenient due to the good customer service. Additionally, the technician (Joe) who came out was professional and quoted me fair prices for my repair. Instead of telling me what I needed he presented me with several options. I will be using Vortechs for my annual preventative maintenance on my HVAC units.

Joseph did a fantastic job! He was professional, friendly, and explained what the problem was. He then also explained the payment options and I chose the one that I was able to get.

I speak from experience. I recently had their knowledgeable and experienced technician, Joe Lippons come out to service the problem which we were having with A/C which came with the house my son recently purchased. Joe spend about 30 minutes troubleshooting & determined the problem and offered various options to resolve the problem and concerns we had with the A/C. Once we made the decision to proceed, Joe immediately proceeded to begin the corrective action. The technician treated the situation and problem as if it was his own. He refused to take any shortcuts or put time between job required to have a satisfied customer versus moving on and hope for the best.
After completing the job some hours later, we noticed the A/C was making a noise we were unfamiliar with. As the evening settled, We decided to call the Vortechs office and left a message to have their technician return to determine the cause of the odd noise coming from the A/C limiting the amount of Air as set by us in the house. Within 30 to 40 minutes I received a call informing me that if I wanted to wait until morning or have if I would rather have Joe dispatched out and be in my home within 30 or so to determine the new found problem in order to enjoy the A/C in my home. We elected to do the latter and have Joe come out that evening. As promised Joe arrived, determined the cause and solution and within the hour the problem was solved.
Their technician Joe Lippons is not only a knowledgeable and experienced professional but he is clearly an ambassador to the company. As for the ladies manning the phones, scheduling and dispatching their technicians, they are the backbone to the company and a credit to the organization.

Being new in this state and not knowing who to call in this very troubling situation, Vortechs A/C services was a surprising great find. We were looking for a second opinion on our air conditioner after having an evaluation from another company and our home warranty had suggested Vortechs. The air conditioning team showed up on time and the scheduling was excellent and well communicated, but when the service people showed up, it was aggressive from the moment the service call started. We we trying to tell the history of the previous evaluation but the service person was aggressive and dismissive with everything. We asked for a maintenance check and cleaning but he didn’t seem interested in doing anything and it kept escalating resulting in him rudely walking back to the van without a word and leaving his teammate silent and shocked while she stood with us for a second before silently walking back to the car. He treated his teammate terribly and embarrassed both her and Vortechs as a company. It was the most childish display I have ever seen from an adult and a supposed professional. I’m sure Vortechs is a fine company, it’s just a shame this person is such a bad employee and such a bad company representative.

a great experience. Came out (after hours) on an emergency situation within 2 hours. Diagnosed the problem and worked on the fix. Got it under control to return the first thing the next morning to fix it long term. Single charge for both visits...more than fair. Really glad I have an annual maintenance plan...so much better than the last air-conditioning firm we worked with previously. One repair more than paid for the maintenance plan. Highly recommended and I tend not to be one to do reviews!!

Contacted my home warranty company and was dispatched to Vortechs. The work was done to satisfaction, but my issue is that the technician was not wearing a mask when he was in my home. My A/C is one thing, but the safety and health of my family is another. Thanks for wearing shoe covers to keep from tracking in dirt, but maybe you should look into keeping up with what is going on in the world when it comes to keeping your employees and your customers safe.
If he wore a mask, they’d get 5 stars.

I'm so glad I found these folks. I have been using other "big" companies for air conditioning needs for the last few years. I needed an annual service and found Vortechs on Yelp. The reviews were great and now I know why. They were responsive, polite, punctual, friendly and very helpful! My house is nice and chilly now thanks to Joe and Sheena. Thank you!

Our AC unit was not correctly, so I did some research via Google and Yelp and ended up calling Vortechs based on their ratings. I was very happy I did so for several reasons. First, they were able to stop by the very next day. Second, the technician Gerardo was fast, accurate and honest (not to mention a good guy in general). Part of my issue was an electric one with a blown fuse that I could not find initially, which resulted in 2 trips being needed, but I wasn't charged for the second one. I doubt most businesses would have been so customer oriented. Third, the AC is working great, and the total cost was around $250, so at least for this time no having to spend thousands to get it working. I will definitely call Vortechs the next time we need help with our AC.

Solid AC service. Fan motor went out on our condenser and was stranded in the middle of August. Ryan found that my voltage absorption system was also in need of an upgrade and showed me where the corrosion was occurring and explained what could happen if it seizes. They are upfront on the prices and offer various service options for the needed work. Ryan had us back up and cool in 3 hours. Clearly had no choice, but I've used Vortechs before and was pleased with the service and results. I will call them again if anything else goes wrong.

I called in need of a drain line unclogged. The tech was super nice. After about 30 minutes he presents me with multiple options. They are all extensive repair/replace valves. My unit is 2 years old and serviced every 6 mos. I asked if he could simply unclog the line. It was their “band aid” package and was almost $400. I declined and paid the $79 service fee. Luckily my regular company Florala was able to get me in and fixed it for $182. Big difference and I didn’t get scammed

Our AC unit went down a few days after moving into our new home (who could have guessed right). The team at Vortechs was able to come out and fix it much quicker than anyone else we called. Had a great time working with Sheena and will definitely return if needed. Fingers crossed that doesn’t happen anytime soon!

We were very impressed by this company's professionalism and personal service. Our whole HVAC system needed replaced and all of our options were explained clearly. We opted for the Silver package and were not disappointed. We now have a new, very efficient, powerful, and quiet system. Joe, Ryan, and Raymond couldn't have done more for us. Ryan especially, as well as being really nice, impressed with his perfectionist attitude.

Joe came out the same day I called in for service. With heat soring into near triple digits, my AC wasn't keeping up and would leave my home cooling to about 83 to 85 degrees....yikes...it was too hot. Joe came out diagnosed and clear about service needed and repaired the issue within minutes. Feels so great in here today! I'm freezing...LOL. Thank you for your great service!

There is a reason this company is excelling with their ratings. I couldn't be happier with this company and the technician they sent out. I'm always cautious when I have to deal with a repairman without my husband present, but no worries here. No sketchy vibes and no feelings of him trying to upcharge a woman who might not know any better. I was happy to submit payment for services I actually expected to be at least twice as much. Had them come out to my office to look at a thermostat saying "no power". technician was on time, however after the diagnosing the problem as an issue with the water removal system, i was presented with a $1800 package for the solution. further questioning got me down to $650, however with a lack of proper explanation i refused service. The next day i had another company come out and they were able to resolve the issue within 20 minutes due to a broken wire for $180.
