We have been using ServiceOne Air Conditioning and Plumbing for a few years now. Their technicians are all respectful, reliable, and knowledgeable. If a junior technician is unsure of something, they always seek advice from a senior technician instead of jumping into the project. They have never tried to oversell us any products and give clear advice on maintenance we can perform at home without having to call and spend extra money on a technician to come out. They recently replaced our very old unit within the day and it has been working amazingly.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Both techs were great at communication at what was needed to be done and what was worked on- with pictures to go with it. I am very grateful for a job done well in a timely manner.

Otto and the entire install and admin team truly are the best!! They’re the company I decided to go with after some quotes and not just for affordability but for rapport building. Otto really was detailed in quotes and install guys worked so hard to make sure everything was perfect. Would recommend them every time!

Kurtis was very professional, and polite. He gave me tips to avoid further issues with my plumbing, that I really appreciated.

Their team was very helpful. Over the phone at night gave me a couple pointers and I almost had it fixed on my own with their guidance. Didn’t quite get it and called them in the morning. Came out that day. Fixed everything and we’re back running!

Mike came out on time. He worked after hours until he got the job done. He identified a couple issues we were having, and provided some great solutions. Our AC is now working much better. This company is fantastic and I highly recommend!

After having ServiceOne repair our old AC unit for several years, we decided to replace our entire system. We discussed several options with their knowledgeable staff and selected the best option for us. It was installed today and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work and the performance of the new system. This will help us save on energy bills and keep us comfortable.

Kurtis came out to replace my garbage disposal. He was professional and friendly and got the job done quickly. He was quite thorough, he even took all of the supplies out from under the sink and replaced them for me as I was recovering from shoulder surgery. I won't hesitate to call them out again when I need plumbing services.

We have had nothing but trouble with one of our units since we moved in 8 years ago. We replaced both of our units and are still paying for repairs on one of them. We have had the ducts repaired and redone in the attic, and because of numerous floods, had a water pump put on that unit, replaced countless switches and breakers.

Through all this Service 1 has been very pleasant and helpful and they always apologize for the expense. It is now to the point that I hesitate to schedule a maintenance appointment because I know something else will need to be replaced.

Maybe there’s a lemon law that I am not aware of.

Guy did an awesome job! He came in the rain and fixed my AC. The response was great, he came a couple hours after I placed the call. Fast, efficient service! Guy was personable and explained everything he was doing. I am extremely impressed with the service I received. Thank you Guy.

Kurtis helped me with a leaking Hot Water heater. He was prompt, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. The install of the new Hot Water Heater was flawless! Couldn’t have asked for better service!

Curtis called and arrived early! Very polite and positive- fixed my water heater in 10 minutes and I am happy! I have always been satisfied with ServiceOne!

Service One was excellent. They came out on a Sunday to track down why I was using so much water. It turned out my water softener had an issue, the technician bypassed the water softener until I can get the water softener company to come out. I was bracing for a potential slab leak, since my water bill more than quadrupled. It was a pleasant surprise to have an easy fix that was identified in a matter of minutes.

Service One was very honest and professional. I came from another maintenance plan where the sales team is pretty aggressive and I made a few calls to get a second opinion. Service One came by and gave there honest and professional opinion. Saved me from a huge headache. I'm very thankful for there service.

Excellent service. The technician was early, called ahead to make sure I was home, and he was professional and quick to replace my two outside spigots. Definitely recommend! Alec was very helpful.

I called in for plumbing work and was amazed that they would get to me within 2 hours. Tech- David Hill showed up early and we had used him before on a rental property downtown. He dove right in, and used his macgyver skills to wrestle a corroded bolt out to salvage an expensive Kohler toilet! Great attitude, professional and courteous service, all for a fair price!
