I have been using ServiceOne for the last 5 years to request plumbing and AC assistance. Their customer service is top-noth always answering phone calls and making urgent reservations when needed. Communication from their portal sending pictures and names of the technicians and ETA ( estimated Time of Arrival) along with phone of customer service depict strong and concrete proficiency at all levels. Mr. Bernard lately did a great job replacing my washer and dryer box with the new code, and the work exceeded my expectations. I will always stay loyal and make referrals knowing that my request for a job in the future is always to the standards. Thank you for what you do!!

I had Kurtis out at my home today and couldn’t be more impressed. He arrived right on time, was extremely respectful, and took the time to clearly explain the work being done. He was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything throughout the process. It’s refreshing to have someone so professional and informative. Highly recommend Kurtis for his excellent service!

I had another HVAC company come out and misdiagnose by system. Quoted $1,700. Service One quickly scheduled an appointment for me and arrived on time the next day. They tested, correctly diagnosed, and cleaned my entire HVAC system and had me up and running for a third of the cost. Nice job, very much appreciated!

I called Service One Air Conditioning first thing in the morning, and they were able to get a technician out to my home that same afternoon, which was greatly appreciated. They also did a great job communicating — they texted me when the technician was en route and let me know his name ahead of time, so I knew exactly who to expect and when.

The technician, Mark, was extremely polite and professional. He clearly explained everything he was going to do before he started and made sure I understood the situation. He told me he would be writing up a quote, and when he did, it was very reasonable. Mark was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed.

I honestly have no complaints at all. Because of how great and knowledgeable Mark was, Service One has earned a customer for life. Highly recommend!

Tyler is hands down the best air conditioner technician I’ve ever worked with! From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly courteous. He showed up right on time and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand without making me feel overwhelmed.

Bernie and Billy arrived promptly as scheduled. Immediately started working on water heater replacement (remove and dispose of old unit and install new one). Work was completed in a matter of hours. They pickded-up all their work and left everything very clean. Definitely will use them again in the future. Cost was as expected from a pro-outfit with seasoned workers.

Not only did he resolve the main problem efficiently and professionally, but he also took the extra step to rewire a wire that I wasn’t happy with aesthetically. Juan was punchual and very professional. He checked everything and found the problem was the 70 amp circuit breaker. Replaced the breaker and the air started right up. I would recommend Juan and Mafer AC. Thank you.

I usually don’t post feedback but this one I couldn’t resist because MAFER AC were beyond fantastic…they not just saved my whole AC and saved me over $10000 , but also educated me about the issue and gave me all options…2 previous companies came and told me my AC is out of warranty and need to change the whole system…MAFER found the warranty and were able to just change the handler only. Wgat a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable team…really APPRECIATE all your help and support

I am so glad I came across these guys to replace my AC unit.
These company is honest, knowledgeable, meticulous in his work. Their estimate was extremely competitive and the work was impeccable. They accessed what was need it and did not try to sell me unneeded extra stuff such as replacing the cooper lines, etc. Very punctual and superb experience, they treated me like family.

Juan and Oswaldo were excellent, they came by the same day to diagnose and fix our HVAC system. They provided a full explanation and were fair on pricing before the work. They completed the work quickly and efficiently as described.

Juan and Osvaldo were excellent! explained everything done and offered tips on maintenance. Their prices are really good for product quality, labor, and experience. If you want quick and efficient assistance at a reasonable price, call them!

I highly recommend Mafer AC. From Luis who scheduled a visit for few hours after my call, to Juan, the technician. He was great, on time, super attentive, went above and beyond, explained everything and did a great maintenance job on my 14 years old AC. It’s time to change, I know, but they were not pushy or all or tried to sell me anything , and because of that I will get my new AC in a few months with them for sure! Fair and transparent prices, I’m happy I could found them!
