I had an excellent experience with Mafer AC. Oswaldo came out the same day to replace my old, corroded AC unit, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism. They worked efficiently and kept everything clean, ensuring the installation was done perfectly. The price for the replacement was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the work. I’m very grateful for their prompt service and will definitely be recommending them to anyone in need of HVAC work!

The Mafer team were professionals from the start of the job to the end. My AC unit stopped cooling on a Saturday night. I called and spoke with Luis on Sunday and had an appointment Monday evening. The issue was diagnosed and they went off to find parts for the repairs. I had a Mr. Cool unit which is very difficult to find parts for locally. On Wednesday I called Luis and informed him that I would like to purchase a new unit and by the next day, Thursday which was actually the July 4th holiday I had a new unit installed before noon. I was truly grateful as the heat in Florida during the last few weeks has been unbearable. I was given a walk through and explanation of the work done and provided with tips for the up keep of the unit. My only negative on the initial visit is that the main technician speaks very little English. However to resolve that issue a phone call was made to Luis who promptly explained in English the issue and what was needed to resolve it. I used this company for the first time in 2023 and received the same great service and at price that did not break the bank. I would definitely use them again.

Serviced the A/C Unit for the first with Mafer and had another great experience with Juan. He was polite, efficient and a pro at what he does. He explained the work done and followed up with an invoice with each line item performed. The price was reasonable which I was grateful for since I am currently unemployed. Making payment is also super easy and simple. Thank you Mafer/Juan for another great experience.

Juan and Oswaldo provided exceptional service. They went above and beyond with the recommendations, and fixing all the issues they encountered during the installation of my HVAC system. Highly recommend Mafer AC to take care of air conditioning problems.
They came quickly to assess the situation with my AC, and gave me full explanation and options to get my system up and running.

I cannot speak higher of the experience we have had with MAFER AC. When we first contacted them a year and a half ago, they did a really good job in installing a new unit. They also stayed within the number they quoted us.
I called them today for an inquiry. They have come within a couple of hours (although I realize that this may not always be possible). It was such a surprise to see the same team that came to install the AC originally. They are professional, personal, and honest. Thank you!

Oswaldo and Juan were quick and efficient. New home owner. The a/c system had a pipe blocking the vent. Oswaldo and Juan were able to relocate the pipe successfully. Less than 30 minutes. Will be using them in the future if needed

Our neighbor had had enough with his AC because our builder used a cheap brand that kept giving both of us trouble. He took the plunge and got a new AC. He raved about this company so much that instead of us dealing with our AC and having technicians come out that seemed to be quarterly, we also took the plunge. Our neighbor wasn't wrong. These guys made everything so easy. Provided recommendations, showed genuine empathy with what we were going through, and offered us financing options that eliminated any objections we had to not completely replace our AC with a brand new one. On the day of installation, they were punctual, efficient, and got two ACs up and running in less than a full day, working like a well-oiled machine, which was terrific. I just noticed that this company has excellent reviews, and I experienced firsthand why, because they are passionate about what they do, are down-to-earth, and genuinely care about helping people.
