I always have an excellent experience with Munson A/C. Thier customer service is friendly, professional, and responsive. The technician arrived right on time, replaced the part, and had it up and running in no time. They are knowledgeable, efficient, and explain everything clearly. It’s rare to find a company that combines expertise with great customer care. Highly recommend them for any air conditioning repair, replacement or service needs!

I'm using Gary Munson AC service for 4 properties now for a few years. They are very honest and don't tell you that your AC must be replaced soon. One AC unit is 18 years old and Chandler told me that it is still in good condition and doesn't need to be replaced. I had a different AC service company before a few years ago and they told me it needs to be replaces urgently because it will die soon. Chandler is a great Service Technician and very knowledgeable and honest. Thank you so much Gary Munson Heating & Air Condition !!

Gary Munson Heating and AC is hands down the best! I am a disabled veteran and my AC was down for a week. I had called 4 other companies for help and it was going to be mega thousands to repair or replace. Then I called Gary Munson AC who sent tech Alex who not only fixed my mini split, but also repaired my central air and I could not believe the low price. They went above and beyond to help me. Technician was fine and was helpful, but the company charged me $340 for 1.5 hours of work. That's $225/hr. That is criminal!

They were very professional and found the issues . But I don’t think they fixed the issues. The pipe they cleaned still doesn’t drip outside meaning they did not fix the issues . We are now going to have to hire someone new to come back and fix the issues that were not fixed when they came out the 1st time .

I am so glad I purchased my new heat/air system from Gary Munson Heat and Air. I had a clogged drain line and they took care of clearing the drain the next day. So dependable. They are the best.

Gary Munson air-conditioning provides excellent service and is quick to respond. They call or text me shortly after I make a call about a problem and sometimes they’re able to coach me through the problem or at least let me know what I need to do until they can arrive later that day or the next day. I had the misfortune of my AC not working late on a Friday night. Called first thing in the morning and received a call back within minutes. The tech came out a few hours later. The part they needed was under warranty so I had to wait until Monday for them to get the part. However, they brought over a portable AC unit that was perfect for the bedroom - keep things nice & cool until my ac could be repaired. 10/10

Bobby and Jeff did a replacement of my 30+ year old HVAC. They were here early, did an awesome job of tearing out the old unit and installing new without a scratch to my home. They were kind and gave me some tips after install. Cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything worked before they left. The whole process from my initial call to payment was seamless. Highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future!

Gary Munson HVAC installed a new A/C unit in my condo in 2017. I chose them b/c they had very competitive pricing and were easy to speak with by phone. During the install they included installation of a full system air purifier that I purchased separately. Now that my unit is mid-life at 8 years old, I switched from annual maintenance to their MVP Plan that has inspections every 6 months plus service guarantees. They've had the same admin gals on the phone for many years that know their business. Gary is professional, flexible and follows thru to have his techs complete the job properly.
