Tech Nicholas R was amazing! He came in and gave me a thorough inspection of our AC and address all of my concerns and gave me a full explanation on what we could do to fix it. Prices are a little on the higher side, but with techs like Nick, the service is well worth the price.

The crew was fantastic, knowledgeable, courteous, and neat. They answered any questions I had. Had a great attitude and did not fool around. They did not rush and took their time. Curtis from Service One AC & Plumbing did an excellent job fixing our 2 toilets and replacing our shower head spray. Everything looked great and it didn't take him a long time to complete.

Great customer service. Called for service at 5PM on Tuesday and had someone at my house 10AM Wednesday to repair my AC. Loved the text with technician picture and time of arrival. Technician kept me informed throughout the repair and was very professional and friendly.

This company is amazing! When we were unable to get an a. c. company to help us during a storm, even as a new customer they came out as soon as they could. We have been with them ever since and we would recommend Service One to everyone that wants an honest, professional company to service their home. You can honestly feel like they care.

Had Service One come out for an AC tune up. Clayton was helpful and with and knowledgeable with what needed to get done and what I should look into as far as upgrading what I have in the future. I will continue to use Service One for all of my AC needs!

We switched over to Service One a few years ago after we had an AC issue and the company we had used for years told us that it would be one to two days before they could get to us. We've been using this company for quite some time now I think it was the fourth company we tried when we moved in. They are honest, they're reliable, whether they're going to be able to make it or there is a problem they take the professional route knowing that you need to be informed of any problems good or bad. When you sign the contract with them for the year you get an extra percentage off the bill and it includes any out of hours Services emergencies stuff like that that have happened to us many times in the past when we haven't had the coverage. It's good to know that you can rely on them and they will come to help you. Will never change unless the company changes policies and people other than that couldn't ask for more. Our technician today Elijah Banks was absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly, fast, and efficient. Very professional with an excellent demeanor.

Will was my technician today and he was superb! My heating would stop working properly below about 40'. Unlike a lot of techs he carefully listened to my entire description of the issue and based on it knew the issue was most likely a thermostat problem. Despite being a brand they don't sell and he'd never seen he took the time to dig through the menus and do some internet sleuthing and found the fix.

He could have very easily have just said "you need a new thermostat" and hit me with a $400+ install, but didn't go that route.

Super appreciative of his help! I'll definitely ask for Will by name when I need my next service!

The entire experience, from sales to installation, was seamless. Alfredo came on a Monday to go over options and take measurements. The installation crew came two days later and finished in 7hrs, leaving the place cleaner than before. My wife and daughters were home alone for most of it, and she said they were the nicest crew she’s met. Grateful for the service and new Daikin unit! It is a more efficient system in a smaller footprint.

Had a routine maintenance visit today from ServiceOne. Our technician Justin F. was on time and very thorough. He took the time to explain a number of important things about our HVAC system. I appreciate his workmanship and professionalism. He did a terrific job. As a new customer I highly recommend ServiceOne and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

Placed a service call to have a tech check out a clogged drain line. We tried fixing it ourselves, but it didn’t work. DeeDee called me to schedule the appointment same day and Jon R. arrived early after clearing it with me. He was super professional and knowledgeable, giving me all the facts on my system that I needed to know. I actually requested a project manager visit my house to quote a full replacement, despite Jon getting our AC up and running again just because the current unit we have is very old and in bad shape. Will update if we decide to take this route. Overall, very pleased with how Jon handled everything and I felt the pricing was very fair. I work in a very similar field and nothing he said surprised me, especially when it came to cost. I recommend this company and love how they send a picture of the tech before their arrival. Payment also takes place at the time of repair and it makes the entire process very smooth.

Went ahead and replaced the system as ServiceOne gave a competitive price on the parts and labor. Appreciated the fact that they send a project manager to quote everything and not a pushy salesman. Nick has been very helpful during the process and was very knowledgeable. The technicians who installed the system were polite and efficient. Terrell was so sweet and made sure to walk me through the new thermostat and answer any questions I may have had. System has been in for a day and the house is much cooler and drier. Happy I went with this company and recommend them to anyone looking for AC solutions.

ServiceOne did an outstanding job of replacing the fan motor in the condenser outside. They were contacted yesterday morning and this morning Justin came out to take a look. Justin provided outstanding service and I would recommend him to anyone. He diagnosed the root cause of the problem in 20 minutes and found an OEM replacement motor in Orlando so he went into Orlando to pick up the motor and came back to replace it. This was a high priority because of two small children in the house one of which was a newborn baby and the cold weather we have had made it as serious concern. I would highly recommend them to take care of your HVAC systems.

I’ve been using ServiceOne since 2002 when I got my first new AC. The owner, Billy Gouty, did a great presentation, seemed very knowledgeable, reliable, and honest. He also got me some rebates to help the cost. Fast forward to one year ago and I needed a new AC (my Trane gave up the ghost). This time Alfredo did the presentation. Once again I was very impressed—by his knowledge and explanation and attention to some concerns I had, and also got some rebates to cut my cost! I’ve had service tech come to maintain my old Trane AC over the years and some repairs every once in awhile. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with ServiceOne. I highly recommend them. And yes, I’ve recommended them to my parents who got a new AC recently from them, and others over the years.

I was Referred to Service One from my parents who used them for many years. The entire process from booking to service and payment is always seamless and very easy to do. The team is always courteous and goes above and beyond to explain what they’re doing so that you don’t feel out of the loop on the process. While they may not always be the least expensive option, I find value in the quality of the work and the level of service.

I recently had a tune-up done on my AC unit by ServiceOne Air Conditioning, and I had a great experience. My technician, Guy, called ahead to let me know he was on the way and arrived right on time. He completed a very thorough inspection and took the time to explain everything he was doing throughout the process, which I really appreciated.

He was respectful of my home as well — he even wore booties over his shoes, which was a nice touch. Overall, the service felt professional, transparent, and easy. I would definitely recommend ServiceOne Air Conditioning and will be using them again for future maintenance.
