Jeff & Carson were amazing this morning. Great communication and very efficient. I had a list of things for them to check and fix. They were both professional and answered all my questions.

Recently had Lawson come out to address some issues. The technician Johnny G showed up on time the date of the appointment. He was courteous, very professional and fixed the problem. His work was A+. This is the second time I've used them and prices were competitive for what I needed done.

We have used Lawson a few times now and today when the technicians came by they did a great job as usual. Took the time to answer any of my questions, cleaned up after themselves and all around did great work. Thank you

$185 for 15 mins to reset a GFI for an elderly lady. I’m reviewing for my mother, who used their service and was happy to pay for the visit, but that’s just too much.

While I totally understand reasons provided (team labor policy and minimum visit) and the business minded sentiment, the no-deviation sort of “corporate” attitude after inquiry made me rethink who I’ll be using for the larger project I am planning.

I reached out to Lawson and Lawson to get an estimate on a home generator. Gentleman arrived on time and answered all my questions. After getting the estimate we decided to go with them. They walked us through everything and a few weeks later came and installed it. Very impressed with the whole process. Highly recommend them. Just really professional. My first experience using Lawson and Lawson could not have been more impressive. Jordan, the service manager, correctly diagnosed my issue and got me on the schedule faster than expected. Hunter arrived with a ton of knowledge and a great attitude. They got a tough job done quickly and were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.

I'm a repeat customer of Truevolt and i'm very happy with their services. This week Austin and Andy installed a new range hood in my kitchen and also installed a light fixture and an additional outlet in a storage space. They were prompt, professional, and nice.

Nathan and Tyler did a fantastic job with my kitchen lighting ( over sink, eat-in area and under-cabinet strips). Prompt, courteous, took pics of kitchen cabinet contents before they started work so they could put everything back in place AND cleaned up after they finished! My family had the pleasure of receiving electrical work from the Truevolt Electrical Services yesterday, June 10th. It began with a friendly and professional visit to our house by Christopher E. Christopher gave us a quote for the services we wanted. He appeared knowledgeable, reliable and answered all of our questions very well. Christopher made us accept his company’s offer although the price he offered to us was higher than other quotes we received. Of course, Kristine in the main office was well organized and the scheduling and communication with us was great and helpful.

Then came Austin Frederick and his assistant (I believe Preston) to do the job based on the quote. Both were hard working and completed the job to the best of our satisfaction. They were respectful, efficient and excellent at what they do. Overall, our family is happy to have this work done by Truevolt Electrical Services.

Worked with Truevolt for some inspection items that needed to be completed around our 100 year old house. Kristine in the office made scheduling a breeze even when the date was a couple of months out, made the date happen. Chris, the estimator, clearly explained the scope of work for what he believed needed to be done and did not try to upsell unnecessary items. The work was completed by Troy and was done exactly as requested. Items needed for purchase was run by me via telephone as the work progressed and no work was completed without reaching out to me.

The team was polite and open during each phone call, and when there was one part of the scope of work that we will need to put off until a later date, they did not give us the hard sell to do the work immediately and it made us even more comfortable to call up Truevolt again when the larger (and more expensive) work CAN be completed.

The team installed new lighting, removed old fixtures, and made them look like they had always been there. Which, anyone who has ever had an old house knows, can sometimes be nearly impossible.

At the end of the job an itemized invoice was sent over by Kristine and payment was easy. I look forward to using Truevolt again for jobs big and small and am glad that the reviews below this one were so spot on.
