WOW! This company is outstanding. Our technicians Austin and Preston went above and beyond! I have used many electricians and It is so refreshing to have such personable and caring guys not only do the job right, but they worked diligently to find a problem that a prior company gave up on. If you want honest electricians and a reliable company Truevolt Electric is definitely the one you should call.

Nathan & Tyler were professional & eager to help us confirm what needed to be done to complete the job. They were both very pleasant & did not hesitate to get into the attic. We had five lights to install during our home renovation….2 vanity bathroom lights and three bedroom overhead lights…. The first company we called got one installed and then hooked up a wire which caused a power surge at the panel… blowing out three functioning lights and our Dryer in the laundry room…. Then they had to leave to another job…. Then sent us a bill for @$800 for blowing the other lights, they did get the Dryer going and part of the $800 was for that…. We still had 5 things incomplete….

In short, we fired the other company when I noticed my Kindle which was recharging was basically melted…. One call to Trubolt… Armando and Andrew came out…. Quickly found the wire hooked up wrong in the Master Bedroom light…. Then installed all five fixtures in 2 hours and they have restored our faith in humanity…. The other company was trying to sell us on new wiring for the Dryer…. Which was relatively new Copper.., and recommending they do an entire rewiring of the home… which my husband indicated we had had done with 200 amp panel and all copper wiring in the 90s…. So we are totally sold on TruVolt…. We should have listened to our Son who had them to the house a couple of times and said they we very reasonable and honest… shame on US and shame on that other company for doing what they did… Don and Judy Guthrie

Great job. The guys were Calm, swift, and pleasant. They answered all our questions and it was an enjoyable experience.

I scheduled an appointment for a next day service at my apartment and Andrew and Armondo were extremely timely and attentive. They arrived at 1 p.m. and finished the service at 1:13 so very fast. But they didn't stop there with the simple fix! They thoroughly checked all my outlets and explained the problem to me! So kind and helpful of these two gentlemen!!

Nathan and Tyler did a stellar job for our family! Punctual, patient and kind to answer all of our questions, we are so impressed with their work! They spent three days working on our 100 year old property and while we are happy to have the work complete we are sad to see them go. I wanted to praise Amber Ivy on how polite she was and how patient she was with me asking questions about their services. It's nice when you can call a company and have someone answer listen and speak clearly to you.

True Volt made our home improvement process easy and amazing! They came out quickly for a quote, scheduled the work right away and the actual installation (recessed lights and an exhaust fan) was smooth and done with high quality. Nathan and Tyler who came out to do the install were so amazing! The first thing that struck me was their professionalism - just the act of setting up the space so that nothing got ruined and ensuring that I was aware of their progress (I work from home, so this was helpful). I was also really pleased with their attention to detail and sincere care for aesthetics (e.g. making sure there weren’t weird light switches everywhere, the lights were lined up just right within the room, etc.) normally, I think folks eye roll at my need to address tiny details, but Nathan and Tyler were patient and also really cared that everything looked nice. As a bonus, they handled a loose light switch that has been bothering me for years and would’ve taken me a bunch of time to figure out but with their expertise, they addressed it in two minutes. Just above and beyond! Cannot say enough about their service. Will definitely use True Volt again when I need stuff done!

I highly recommend Truevolt Electrical Services for your electrical projects. Christopher did the initial visit and the estimate was thorough and reasonable. Once I approved the estimate, the work was scheduled within 2 days. Nathan and Tyler arrived on time, completed the work in a professional and courteous manner and answered all my questions. They all took pride in their work (rightly so).

(4 months later) I needed electrical repairs at a different location. This time Truevolt sent Nathan and Ryan. The quality of their work earned another 5 STAR rating. They are professionals with a courteous manner. They explained the cause of the electrical problems and what they did to fix the problems. I continue to recommend Truevolt Electrical Services. The high quality of their work is consistent.

I would definitely use TrueVolt Electrical Services again! From my initial contact to the the day the work was performed, they were all courteous, professional and expedient. Before arriving at our house, I was sent a photo and name of the employee coming. They showed up on time, got right to work and cleaned up when the work was finished. I was provided a written estimate before the work was begun and sent an invoice immediately upon completion. Payment was easily made online.
