Their service vehicle sat through a green light. When I attempted to go around their vehicle, because clearly their driver was not paying attention and had already sat through the light once, the driver rolled down his window and starting yelling less than professional things. That is not how professionals behave when representing their company. I would not trust their service people on the public road, let alone in my own home.

Great service! Had an electrical issue at my house and Suncoast sent their crew within an hour and fixed the issue. Awesome service and trust worthy people, thank you Suncoast!

Suncoast Electric is hands down the best company for electric needs. They are extremely knowledgeable and prompt. They are the kindest people and will do what’s needed to get the job done correctly for you! I will use them again.

My son lives in an apartment complex in Tallahassee. He and a roommate had an issue with the breaker tripping. Sun Coast was hired by the apartment complex to resolve the issue. They determined that there was not an issue with the actual usage in the bedrooms (pulling 9.8 amps on a 15 amp breaker), but replaced a 15 amp arc fault breaker with a 20 amp regular breaker on 14 gauge wire. They also disconnected the fans in the bathrooms. I asked for a letter from Sun Coast stating this was in code and received a letter from them admitting they had put a 20 amp breaker in the apartment, but that it was done as for "troubleshooting purposes only" -- curiously the 20 amp breaker was in the apartment for almost a month with no follow-up visits or calls from Sun Coast Electric. I contacted a different electrician and had them view the "fixes" by this company, who provided me with written verification that all were code violations. Upon providing this proof to the apartment complex, Sun Coast came out and put the building back into code compliance, but indicated they couldn't troubleshoot the problem and only offered an expensive repair. My electrician indicated that they could most likely troubleshoot and fix the issue fairly quickly... I just moved to Tallahassee and needed someone to do some electrical work for me at my new home, but I won't be using Sun Coast Electric! Their cavalier attitude toward my son's (as well as, his roommates' and the rest of the building occupants') safety makes me leery of the quality of their work.

We’ve used Sun Coast Electric for a few jobs at a few of our stores and they have been very quick to come out for inspections and repairs. They have fixed every issue we’ve had with no problems. We will continue to use them for every electric problem with have in our stores.

Suncoast electric is by far the best in town! I have used them for numerous services and I have always received quality work as well as professionalism. Robin and Tracy are phenomenal ! I highly recommend this business without any reservation.

I'm the past few months I've dealt with many contractors on various projects in five different states. From the first phone call to the additional work we added Suncoast has been excellent. Not only did they have a desire to do the work and place is on the schedule asap they were eager to perform at the highest level of consistency not shown by other contractors on other jobs. Luke was a great sales person and got everything done the first time, quickly, and for a great price on top of the excellent service provided. If you need anything electrical done I would look no place else.

I needed a 220v electrical outlet installed for my new dryer, and Greg came out and installed it in no time. There was a minor connection issue, and they came out again (at no cost to me) to make sure
the problem was resolved. They were more than willing to follow up on the job if necessary, to make sure things were right. They did a fantastic job, and I heartily recommend Suncoast Electric! Their service is top notch!

Called on Monday to get an estimate. I found their name on Angie's List. Came out and did estimate, scheduled work for Thursday. Arrived on Thursday as scheduled, completed work, clean work area and everything was perfect. Because it did not take as long as estimated, I was only charged for the hours actually worked! Nice surprise. Great company, great people! I will always call them for my electrical needs!

Each & every employee has gone above and beyond as far as customer service! Jacob and Matt were extremely knowledgeable, capable and conscientious: they worked to not only solve my problem, but to do it in the most cost effective way.

My mother is an elderly woman and her power went out last night. Due to the heat and humidity this time of year, she had a miserable night with no sleep. At her age and with her health problems, this can be a life threatening situation. We called WT this morning and even though they were short staffed and booked-up, they somehow fit us in. Tim and his team came out and assessed the situation and determined the most cost effective solution was to replace the entire electrical panel (no simple task!) due to it being 60+ years old. Tim and his team worked hard all day to get it done so my mother didn’t have to suffer another night. They were professional, yet friendly, and they got the work done for less than the original quote. I hope we never have electrical problems again but if we do, you can bet we’ll be calling WT again. I will also be recommending them to all my family and friends.

Dillon and Colt arrived on time and will now be my "go to guys" for my Generac generator. They quickly diagnosed the multiple issues hampering power production and fixed them quickly!
