Truevolt quickly responded & addressed a problem I was having with a flickering light fixture. The appointment was scheduled the day I reached out, just 2 days ago. Troy & Junior arrived today on the early side of their window. In a nanosecond, they diagnosed the fixture was defective. They quickly headed to Home Depot for a replacement, which surprisingly matches the other fixture. Troy changed out that bulb, too, so the lighting would match.
Troy and Junior were very professional and efficient. In the future, I won’t hesitate to call on them for all of our electrical work.

Austin and Jr. were very courteous and professional. They replaced 3 outdoor fans, replaced a bathroom fan and fixed a bathroom fixture. After they finished they cleaned everything up and hauled away. Price was vet reasonable.

The service I received today is phenomenal. We had a new water heater placed over the weekend but no power. I called Truevolt this morning and they sent Troy and Tyler within 30 mins of my call. Once they got to my house, they went straight to work to determine the issue. They found a bad circuit breaker and replaced it. They came and got the job done and got our new water heater going in less than an hour. Troy and Tyler are very personable, efficient and professional. Cannot thank them enough for a job well done. I would highly recommend Truevolt for your electrical needs.

Troy has done work for me three times now, in two locations, and should have received three separate five start reviews. He’s easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and seemingly a good master electrician for the apprentice he was training to glean from. And best of all, unlike 99% of other electricians, he cleaned up after himself! Very pleasurable experience.

Today Troy and Junior came and solved several issues we were having. It was amazing what they did in a short amount of time: troubleshooted receptacles not working (it was a tripped GFCI), changed out multiple outlets, removed outdoor wiring that wasn't up to code, replaced a doorbell transformer, and replaced a security light. Looking forward to having them back, thank you for explaining how our electric works and giving us great advice!!

I have had mixed results with local electricians until finding Truevolt. Their telephonic customer service is courteous and thorough. The owner swung by the house immediately after my call to assess what size ladders of lifts would be needed for the job. The crew (Austin and Ryan) arrived the very next morning and did a fantastic installation job on some outdoor lighting. These skilled young professionals worked safe, neatly, and effectively. I will use this company for all future electrical requirements and would enthusiastically recommend them.

I wanted a way to connect my new generator into my electrical panel. Nathan went above and beyond by also helping me finish the setup of the generator, which involved connecting the internal battery to the starting mechanism. He graciously tolerated my being right in there with him so I could see how it worked. He did the work to upgrade the electrical panel and add an inlet for the generated power to feed into my whole house wiring. He did an excellent job explaining to me how to connect the generator to it, and except for the presence of the new hardware, I couldn't tell he had been there. I'm extremely pleased with the work he did, and all my interactions with Truevolt Electrical Services to get a quote and schedule the appointment were perfect examples of professionalism. I can see why they came highly recommended by Graham Duffy Builder, who had done previous work for me.

Nathan and Preston arrived exactly on time. Listened as I explained what I needed and got straight to work. They were patient as I made decisions on locations and even offered their expert advice. Nathan took pictures to make sure he put everything back in its correct place and they made sure they left no trace of dust or debris. I will definitely be asking for them the next time I call Truevolt Electrical. Thanks so much! (Light installation and switch in the cabinet)

I called this place and someone was supposed to call me back, never did! I called again and left another message and no one called me back. I guess that they have all the work they can handle because they sure was not interested in providing any service to me! Don't waste your time in calling this place, they are obviously to busy!

The service that I received at Sun Coast Electric was great. They were very prompt when answering and responding to my service call. Would definitely recommend and use in the future
