Excellent service. I called in a panic when my garage door fell off its hinges and was hanging by a thread. My home warranty company couldn’t get someone before Monday. I couldn’t sleep with the garage wide open. I don’t trust my neighbors that much. Anyway I called Elite and they got somebody there in an hour. Zack Carr was absolutely fantastic. I didn’t feel I was taken advantage of. He came and worked in the dark for about 2 hours. By the time he finished, my garage door was fully operational.

Nick from Elite Garage Doors did a top notch job doing some maintenance on my system. Their communication throughout the entire process was great and the work was completed flawlessly. I highly recommend Elite for your garage door needs!!

Precision made buying/installing a new garage door an easy and enjoyable experience. My Service Rep arrived on a Monday to give a bid. The Service Rep was knowledgeable and personable. On Friday of that week, our door was installed without issue. The result was a perfect process. Cannot recommend Precision enough!

Jason was wonderful! He left his dinner to save us when our garage door was coming apart and threatening to land on our two cars. He replaced what needed to be replaced and put the door back together in about an hour! It now works perfectly and looks like nothing ever happened to it. He was so polite, friendly and caring. Thank you so much for your responsiveness!

Complete rip off. $6,200 for new opener and adjust and lube two other doors. Do not use these guys. They count on people not asking for a price up front

We are so happy with Elite Garage Doors. Each time we needed something repaired they were so responsive and always provided services the sane day. Today, Sunday, we encountered an issue with the garage door and contacted them and once again they were there to provide the repair services within a couple of hours. Thank you and Matin Steele, the gentleman who actually did the repairs was so nice and professional. Thank you again for the excellent service.

Today we had two new garage openers installed and our technician, Zack did an incredible job! He was so nice, respectful, and patiently answered all of our questions. He even helped us to install and configure the app on our iPhones. What a fantastic experience and excellent price!! Thanks again Zack!!

Juan was great. Unbelievable I received service. Within 30 minutes from my urgent call that my garage door wouldn't work, he was here. Explained in detail what I needed to fix the problem and within 5 hrs new opener, springs, rollers, etc he was done. Very efficient and kind. Highly recommend. Very pleased

The Elite Garage Door repairman did an outstanding job! I regret I did not get his name. He was prompt, professional, competent, and fast. He offered us several options and immediately enacted our choice. I recommend this company highly.

I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate on two roll up garage doors and asked if they installed new roll up doors and was told that they do. When the guy came out to my house to take measurements, he didn’t know if they did roll up doors. After he talked to his office he said they do and took measurements. He could not answer my question about the doors, if they were insulated how they sealed on the sided and what modifications would be needed to mount the doors. He said Jack would call me the following business day. Immediately, I receive two requests to review the company. The next day I get two more requests. I never heard from Jack. Don’t waste your time trying to get an estimate or call back from Elite.

Wow talk about great service with a smile! Cory Willis came to my home promptly and had the warmest customer service I’ve ever received. He is such a nice guy and very personable. I liked him right away. He explained everything to me in layman terms and helped me understand all my issues with my garage door. He repaired the items I could afford today and helped me understand what I’ll need in the future. I don’t want anyone else coming to my home but Cory! As long as he is servicing garage doors, I will forever be his customer. Thank you Elite for making my service call so easy and pleasant. Thank you Cory for doing an awesome job on my door!

Very impressed!! Our technician came out, explained my options for a new garage opener in detail with me, and then was able to price match an estimate from another company when I requested it. I want to give kudos to our technician specifically, but his name is not on the invoice. I believe it was Jack. He came the same day, and within a few hours we had a new Liftmaster opener complete with a camera, battery back up, LED 2000 lumens lighting, and a soft start/stop. We also got new springs installed which are rated for 30,000 cycles. (The other company only offered springs rated for 10,000 cycles). Jack also set up the remotes, the keypad, the My Q app so we can use our phone to open the garage, and explained the various features of the new wall button. It even tells the temperature! Plus our garage opens so quietly now too! Happy customer! Thank you.

We hadn't had our garage door services in about 9 years and rely on it quite a bit. Elite was able to get a tech out to us without a wait. The tech, Johnny was great. He was knowledgable, knew what our issue was right away, had all the parts he needed on his truck and got it up and running in short order. The labor charge seemed a little high, but what doesn't these days. We are very happy with their repair service and their customer service. Would use them again if needed.

I had a highly unprofessional and concerning experience with this company. The technician who arrived had no apparent understanding of my gate system and left it in worse condition than before the visit. Rather than diagnosing the issue properly, he placed the unit into self-test mode and immediately shifted into a sales pitch—recommending an unnecessarily large and extremely overpriced replacement system, far beyond what was appropriate for my setup.

When I declined the offer and asked him to leave, he insisted I sign what he described as “standard paperwork” just to confirm his visit. Upon closer inspection, it turned out to be a service quote that would have committed me to the proposed work and cost had I signed it.

When I questioned this tactic, the representative became confrontational and aggressive. This experience felt more like a high-pressure sales ambush than a legitimate service call.

I strongly advise others to be cautious and consider alternative companies before scheduling service with this one.

Another local company came out shortly after, cleaned the sensors, switched some settings on the remote and the system was fixed and the second company only charged a standard trip fee since they were in and out in less than 15 minutes.

I was not impressed with second time with Elite Garage Doors. After first visit from them my garage door on side is higher than the other. The result was from the first visit. They won’t fix it for me they said because it wasn’t covered by labor warranty. I must pay $295 dollars before they can adjust the garage door for me. They created gap problem for me after they fixed my broken spring!
If I have to pay them an extra to fix the problem they created I prefer to give my money to somewhere else.

Sometimes us girl might drive through the garage 🤦🏽‍♀️🤩🤦🏽‍♀️ with that said I needed help asap.

I called, was able to speak directly with a human, I explained my situation and we went right into schedule and working 2 hrs my garage was crisp like new! I think her name was, Kora! Very professional and sweet.

Jason was the guy that saved us!! So patient and kind, as I had no idea what he was talking about at first. But he explained it in a way that was understandable and I didn’t feel scammed or up charged. We hope too work with him if ever needed again…

The initial people who came to my property were very professional and helpful. BUT I was told I did not have to be here for t and I installation ( that made the difference in my purchase.) once I paid in full the lady on the phone stated someone has to be here. I do not live here full time. They said they would work with me-great. My door arrived around the same time I was going to be in town. We made an appointment and I scheduled all things around that. 6days prior they said they had to move me up by 3 days and smack in the middle of the day, I already had numerous things scheduled but told I had no choice and only other options was when I was gone. So I unhappily took the date. NO ONE CALLED, NO ONE SHOWED! I called the office and they brushed it off and said someone will call you ! I wasted my entire day!!! Time is precious! They magically found someone for Monday smack in the middle of the day. The technician never called just arrived, he couldn’t have been more rude, and unprofessional!I wanted him off my property! The company never apologized for how Iinconvient they made this! It took me an entire 24 hours to even look at my new door, I was so disgusted by their behavior towards me! I sure if I didn’t pay in full I would have been treated like a customer! I will never use them or recommend them! I would give it no stars but you have to pick one

Elite Garage Door Repair exceeded my expectations. The tech Chris was outstanding and very professional. He educated me on how to use the app and what to expect moving forward. The installation was quick. I literally turned down a different major company all due to this young man’s demeanor. I will use Elite for all repairs pertaining to my garage. I will recommend this company to my friends and co- workers. I can’t say enough about Chris and his down to earth attitude. We need more professionals like him.

I feel I must warn homeowners about Elite. I called them to look at a minor issue with the garage door not closing properly all the time. After a brief inspection, the tech immediately gave us the hard sell on a $4500 repair. He says we needed everything but the door replaced. There was so much pressure. We eventually had to tell him we needed time to think about it. We called another company, as it turns out all we need are new sensors and rollers. About $550. I do not recommend Elite!

I had a great experience with Elite Garage Doors and highly recommend them. From start to finish, their professionalism stood out. The entire process was smooth, and I really appreciated their courteous follow-up before and after the service call—it’s clear they care about their customers.

A special shout-out to Devon, the technician who came out. While he may be young, he was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Devon took the time to walk me through his diagnosis and clearly explained his plan of action every step of the way. He made sure I understood what was happening and what the end goal was, which really put me at ease. It’s rare to find someone who’s not just skilled, but also takes the time to communicate so thoroughly.

Lou came out and did a thorough inspection of my garage door, broken spring, and cables. Weighed the door and showed me pricing options based on 5 and 10 year warranties. He showed me all the replacement parts as well as estimated how long it would take to replace. I was so grateful that he could come out within a few hours of my garage door spring breaking. Overall excellent repair/replacement tech/engineer that really knows what he's doing and I highly recommend him and Elite Garage Door Repair. And good luck on your Bass Fishing Tourney!
