The company is amazing. We got a next day appointment. The representative arrived even before the time window that was originally stated. He was polite, personable, efficient and answered every question we had. We were updated periodically about delivery and installation - which, too, was sooner than expected. The installer kept me informed throughout his work because I was not on site. He wrapped up the job, let me know everything was done, reprogrammed the current keypad and programmed the 2 new remotes. No surprise extras or expenses. I can highly recommend Anytime Garage Door!

I had my door springs replaced christian arrived on time,he did an excellent job and was finished in no time.

I was happy with the technician but dissatisfied with the corporation that bought out the independent family business, Affordable Garage Door company. I was NOT informed when I called to schedule a warranty service that the people who work there now are a totally different entity. Nor was I informed when the scheduler called back. The technician however explained the warranty for the new system installed in the fall of 2024 several months ago was voided when this corporation bought out Affordable Garage Door.
The high score above is for his truthfulness and how he helped me learn what the issue entailed AND how to fix it myself to avoid the $95 service call charge. The new company never informed me of the pay raise they gave themselves either.

Well I will not be paying them in the future for any service they may hope to provide. They lost my business at “Hello.”

Anytime Garage Door was excellent! I was having problems with my oversized garage door closing correctly. This was concerning to me for the security of my family. I called on a Saturday, and they were able to send a technician out within 90 minutes!

Josh Cantú was my technician, and he was professional and thorough, and his communication was clear and understandable. After having time to diagnose the problem, he informed us of how to correct the problem. We agreed to all of his recommendations, which he made without any pressure.

He had the parts with him and was able to begin the work immediately! He was able to complete the job within 2 hours, which I found acceptable. Afterwards, he demonstrated how the garage door functioned, which was a noticeable improvement!

I have saved the company’s contact information into my phone, which is something I only do for companies and technicians for which I would use again and recommend to others.

I fully endorse Anytime Garage Door (and especially Josh Cantú) without any reservations!

Anytime garage door company was excellent They were able to update and repair our existing garage doors and get them to tip top condition. Notable for their transparency in pricing and all of the different options available. Our technician was Josh. He was excellent! Great communicator and helped us figure out what we wanted. He was always on time and reliable. Would definitely work with him again in the future!

I have had such a positive experience with Anytime Garage Door and their technician Ryan Nicholson. Ryan has been professional, high integrity, transparent and respectful in all dealings.

I had an install earlier this year that went flawlessly for a new, much quieter garage door and motor. Price was competitive and reasonable. Ryan went above and beyond to ensure their bid was in line with competition.

This week I discovered a minor bit of rusting on one of the tracks under warranty. After calling Anytime Garage Door, the warranty issue was handled WITHIN 24 HOURS! Absolutely blown away by the level of customer service here. I was not given a hard time or hassled for the warranty service. Anytime Garage Door took full accountability and made the situation right in rapid succession, all thanks to Ryan’s great work.

BEWARE!! SCAM!! Apparently, an outfit from Las Vegas has bought up all of the local privately owned garage door companies in our area. They are still answering the phone numbers of all the companies that they bought out, but generically answering the phone “garage door company“. I didn't catch it at first, but called back today. It seems kind of slimy and disingenuous. Why aren't they proud to be who they are ?? Read on ...

Then you get somebody very different who shows up than who you expected. I had been using my old company for years and recommended many friends and neighbors to them. The owner would make many of the service calls.

In the space of just several months their prices have doubled compared to the estimate I got from the old owner, and they didn’t even take away the old unit which now I have to figure out how to get rid of.

To be fair the tech who made the call was polite and got the job done quickly. He said it was company policy that he couldn't dispose of the old unit. Even left the cardboard box the new unit came in sitting in my garage.

It's just sad when the companies business model seems to be eliminate the competition to artificially set the price, and gouge the customer. Cut throat business is good for them, but bad for San Antonio.

p.s. just read their FAQ and it said that they buy out business' and pledge to uphold the relationship the owner had established with their customers ... apparently not.

Garage door stuck midway. Required cable repair/adjustment. Cold morning, got two technician estimates. A couple of hundred dollars separated the two estimates. Went with lowest cost for same results. Kudos to Mr. Chavez, the tech for his professionalism.

Erwin & Aj came out and inspected our door, they were friendly and knowledgeable and gave us options to repair vs upgrade our old garage door, and we ended up getting a new door at a great price.
I highly recommend this company.

Alejandro is excellent as a person and as a professional, he took care of everything including all the details of the work done. He gave full explanation of everything and gave recommendations to get the most out of it. He is kind and empathetic with your needs and your pocket. Highly recommended!!! Both relatively new garage doors were not functioning normally due to electrical issues not related to the lift motors. The previous door company had sold out to Anytime Garage Door.

Scheduling an appointment with Anytime was very easy and quite professionally managed by them. The office and technician (Christian Chavez) communicated effectively on the day of the appointment, and he arrived on time. The function of both doors was restored within a short period of time, as he figured things out without difficulty. He was proficient, courteous, and pleasant, while taking sufficient time to explain things to me. He made no efforts to upsell anything to me. Turned out to be a pleasant experience, and the price was reasonably. Will definitely use them again!!

Technician arrived on time. Professional and friendly. Added a strut to the inside of our garage door, and quoted a fair price.
Highly recommend.

I will be gathering evidentiary information and posting appropriate information soon about how this company which I have been with and used products of since 2020 is not a good company. I have invoices of thousands of dollars and a lot of back stories regarding work ethic, employees, safety, craftsmanship of work, and corporate communication with Manager Josh Malcolm and Charrin. If I could zero stars I would. There have been a lot of one star reviews on this company recently now I know why. Move on to any other credible garage service!

We have used Elite on several occasions for garage door opener installation and repair. They always respond quickly and arrive within the service window. Recently, their technician Juan came out to help with a faulty battery backup on one of the doors. He was exceptionally helpful, informative, and professional in all regards and even took an extra 15 minutes or so to help us set up the garage door app on our phones.

Fantastic company! We have used Elite Garage for a few years and have always been pleased. Their service is outstanding and they take great pride in their work and customer satisfaction. Juan is one of their employees who has worked on our garage and we give him 5 stars +++++!

My Q App. When My Q tried to tell him I was out of luck and would have to buy a new motherboard. Just because i did not have access to my old email. He told them ok then you will have to pay for part and my time. Since this was bought 7/2024 less than one year ago. He told them treat my customer like a new customer who just bought this house. He told them he was not leaving here until it works! My Q told him we do not pay for labor or parts. Lou asked to talk to someone else. He figured it out and got it done. No motherboard for me. It is not a year old. I will recommend him at Elite Garage Doors.
