I was in need of some 16 ft garage door trim with weather seal. You cannot find 16 ft trim anywhere. I called and Mark took it from there. They had all the trim I needed to complete my project. The nicest staff I have encountered in a long time. They even made sure I had nails to install the trim. Thank you Mark and staff. If I need new garage doors you will have my business.

My garage stopped opening so I called D and D garage. They came out and determined I needed a new garage opener. The installer had the part on the truck and the work was completed fast. He was efficient, professional and very polite and friendly.

This company installed the garage doors on a brand new house we purchase 2 years ago. The sensors have been a constant issue and I have had them out 4 times to try and fix the issue. Today they basically told us there's nothing they can do. The guy was completely rude and inconsiderate. Take your business elsewhere!

Very friend staff. Arrived on time. They diagnosed the issue quickly and made the repair. This is a very ethical company and does not try to over sell or scam you into unneeded equipment or repairs. The price was very reasonable and was below what I was expecting. I will use this company again if needed and refer to my neighbors and friends.

GREED AND MISOGYNY. Of all the men I had come to my house for garage estimates, Jim Stephens is the one that I didn't care for the most. After receiving all the estimates and liking D and D door manufacturer, I called to see if that was the best price they could give me, for I had TWO estimates that were lower! I spoke with a Mark Wilkinson who was always respectful. Mark said he could take 5% off the price for a senior discount. When I received the new estimate it did NOT include the 5% discount off the whopping price of $2,415. So I called and Jim Stephens took the call. I tried to explain to Jim the situation and he refused to listen. Instead he tried to railroad me into believing the first price was over $2,500, thus the price now after the 5% discount is the NEW price. Not only was that not true it certainly wasn't 5% off. I told him to look at the emails. He kept up with his lie and continued to talk over me. I explained myself again and said look at the evidence in the emails. Again, he talked over me and would not listen and even had the audacity to say to me, "No, you wait." and continued to talk. I asked, "What did you say to me??" Talking down to me and telling a customer what to do?? ABUSING AN ELDERLY WOMAN! Oh, but if I was a man he would have NEVER said that. Then he hung up on me. I called the owners Dallas and Denver Miller immediately. I told the man that answered why I was calling (so the owners knew) I was put on hold for over 11 minutes and then they connected the little woman to a recording. Well guess what boys--your reviews are pitiful! Now, I understand why. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPECIALLY FOR ELDERLY WOMEN. And I am so glad this happened because I didn't look at the poor reviews beforehand. Look closely at the reviews! Obviously, I am not the first person that was treated poorly. BUYERS GO ANYWHERE BUT to D and D Garage Doors!

We recently had an incident with our garage door that required replacing the bottom panel. From our initial phone call to the panel replacement, we received top-notch service. Great job, D&D! They also recommended replacing all our rollers, and now our garage door is much quieter.

Joshua came out to replace our garage door spring—he was knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. The D&D Garage Doors installed the garage doors four years ago. The brackets ripped the dry wall as they were angulated incorrectly. (Image 1) Alright..

I called them back to fix the sensor that was malfunctioning and to get some garage doors maintenance.

The address was not filed correctly and I wound up spending 20 minutes directing the technician who was lost. When the technician arrived, he was out of W40 and he advised me to lubricate the garage door hinges myself. The technician did move the sensor so it could catch the signal reliably. Today I received a W40 and performed maintenance of my garage doors. Hopefully correctly.

Question: Why is the garage sensor adjustment cost $129? Is that the industry standard? I am certainly underwhelmed with my experiences with D&D.

I called Robert and told him of the problem I was having with my garage door and he responded to my house within the hour of my call. He immediately accessed the problem and repaired my garage door. First, the scheduling process was quick, easy, and they were able to come out the next day. Josh was professional, knowledgeable, offered repair options, didn't try to oversell beyond what was actually needed, showed me the steps he took in the repair process and answered my questions. Called United Overhead Door CO. in 2015 to service/ repair our garage door. Today 8 years later, Called them for another service job. Mr. Robert Gomez worked on our door both times.
