They are very expensive the technical took 10 minutes to fix my garage door didn't have to use any tools but a step ladder charged me $300.00 dollars. I need to go into the garage door business if I make that kind of money would never use them again

This is my first experience with United Overhead Garage Door Company. It was a pleasure meeting Mr. Robert Gomez who is obviously a master in his field. I called one evening when an SUV smashed into my garage door and he was here to replace it the very next morning. I also had no delays with the insurance company because he spoke to them for me letting them know the garage door replacement was urgent since my vehicles were trapped inside. He is extremely professional and left the place cleaner than he found it explaining in detail the mechanics of the door as well as the routine maintenance required. My new garage Door is just perfect!! I definitely recommend this company and will continue to use them for all my garage door needs.

Needed my garage door cable repaired. Robert the technician came out and realized when I had my door spring replaced a couple years ago the technician that did it installed the wrong type of spring and that is what caused the issue with the cable. He replaced the spring and fixed the cable at no charge. This is great customer service. Robert was awesome and explained everything that was happening to the door. He is an asset to this company. Will definitely do referrals to family and friends. Great job Robert.

I, 100% recommend this company for your garage door needs. They were quick to have someone out and when the tech Joshua arrived he was professional, understanding, transparent and knowledgeable. Called to quiet down my garage door and get a new keypad.
$1200 later I got nylon wheels and a new spring but the door is still loud.
I ordered the keypad from Amazon.
Wish they would have just told me you can’t quiet down a cheep tin door.

Josh Cantu did an awesome job repairing and updating my garage door! He was punctual and informative, explaining what was wrong with the door and how the new spring was better than the original. He told me what my options were and didn't try to "sell" me on a more expensive option...he let me pick what I wanted and could afford.
When working on the door, if he ran into a problem, he took his time to solve it.
It was apparent he knew his "stuff". He was courteous and finished the job in in a timely manner. I recommended Josh Cantu without any reservations whatsoever.

I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently Anytime Garage Door responded to my emergency of having my door break when it was only half open. (Unlike my home warranty company, Choice Home Warranty, and their choice of "service" company. I would have been 3 days and NIGHTS with an open garage door to use them!) Josh explained thoroughly what had happened to the door, what other components were in jeopardy, and the painful cost for all. Quality work usually comes with a price, so I wasn't totally surprised.
