D&D is the only company that works on the Wayne Dalton Torquemaster series. They are priced better than others that I have tried out and they are honest! Today wasn't my first experience with D&D but today Joshua came out to replace the springs and was more than fair in price, fast in getting the job done and respectful of my property. I would hire them again in the future and I would recommend you do too!

They are not friendly and overcharged us for changing belt which is normally available at a half price in the market. I would suggest to find the part cost before agreeing with them.

We were introduced to D&D thru our builder. They did an amazing job with the install and after install support. We recently needed to have weatherstripping replaced. D&D ordered the part and installed within a couple of weeks. Scheduling was incredibly easy and the customer service and support was outstanding. This is the type of company you want to do business with!

Highly recommend D&D Garage Doors. We had an issue with our door not opening and closing correctly. The Service Technician was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The Technician made all the appropriate adjustments to the rails and door along with recalibrating our opener. All issues were resolved and the door is fully operational. Give D&D a call if you are in need of a new garage door or service on an existing door/unit.

Recently had a flashing blue light on my garage door opener. Donald came out to check on this and noticed several other things that needed adjustment (some bolts needed tightening and springs adjusted). Lastly he checked the red cord and found it wasn't working properly. Don't know how this passed my new home inspection but Donald took care of it. Great service!!

They came out right away, The service person made all the adjustments, reset my devices and fixed the sensors. He was professional and kind. Highly recommend!

I called two service companies, our Wayne Dalton Door (torque master) would only partially move up and down. The first company to come out had a 4.9 rating with thousands of reviews. They said it would be $1900 to redo the springs (the price was lowered somewhat after they took items off that they said we didn’t need?). D&D came out, replaced some rollers and did some other work, the door now works great…they charged $186.00.

After a recent storm, a surge made the motor in my garage door opener malfunction (flashing arrows, unable to close mechanically). D&D put in the original opener, so that is who I called. From the start every interaction was professional. The initial call was handled by a friendly and supportive team member who was able to review their records and determine what opener was at my home. The tech sent to home was thorough in troubleshooting. Provided a no pressure cost of repair verses purchase of new comparison. I ended up replacing unit. Tech completed replacement, added surge protector, inspected ALL aspects of door, checked springs/lubricated all joints, and an fixed area where a connection was pulling away from where secured to the wall. Fortunately these types of repairs are not needed often, but I know this will be my go-to company if I do. Highly recommend D&D.

These are the go to guys for my garage door needs. Reasonably priced and always do a good job. Also very prompt in scheduling me and getting what I need done. I needed 1 panel replaced on my door and they were able to source the panel and replace it. I’ve used them 3 times this year on two different properties I own.

Had a new lift master motor installed today along with new push button, sensors, remotes and the new lift master with belt drive and camera. Cool system, friendly tech
