I had a great experience with Overhead Door. From the time I called them, I was able to get help within less than two hours. Luiso, The technician, was very professional, very knowledgeable, and fixed the door in a very efficient and effective manner. He even assisted me in syncing my garage door open button in my car. I highly recommend the company and I highly recommend Luiso.

We had an issue with a manual garage door where I work. We had never used Overhead Door before, but got an appointment in less than 24hrs. The agent on the phone was knowledgeable and helpful. The technician (Josh, I think) was very polite and quickly knew exactly what was needed. We were extremely pleased with the whole experience!

They had to replace a keypad that was not functioning and replace a broken spring that we had not known about. They were professional and quickly got everything up and running. Would definitely recommend this service.

The two installers were on-time and courteous. They discussed options and pricing. All questions were answered and we had the equipment installed quickly and professionally. I would have the same crew come again if needed, but I don’t think that will be necessary. Well done!

Harold Kuchenbrod and I worked together to get the right garage door for my home and we were successful. Instillation was seamless and door successfully matched similar doors and satisfied HOA standards.

Instillation was in February but I had reason to contact the company last month for an invoice for the work done, invoice was in my in box the next day.

Just yesterday following a power outage I reached out to Harold Kuchenbrod for help during evening hours. I couldn’t get door back on track to open and close after I manually opened door. He answered my call immediately and talked me through steps to get door back on track.

The technician was excellent - he quickly diagnosed the issue with my overhead garage door opener and had it fixed on the spot. The whole process was simple, straightforward, and pain-free. Highly recommend!

I needed bottom section of the door replaced, I called them because they installed the original door when the house was built. When they came to install it the design of the door was a little different, which was weird because they actually manufacture them, a manager came next day and kind of tried to bs me and say that they are the same. I’m not blaming him for anything but when they’re different they’re different, nothing you can say. I kind of had no choice so I decided to accept it. Also they left bunch of screws on the floor, exactly where I park, I still have them. The other problem was that the installer didn’t bring the right size metal strut that supports the panel on the inside. He said he will inform the management about ordering the correct size and they will be in touch to come back and install it and collect the other half of the bill I owed. Weeks went by, noone called, I left 4 messages for the lady I was working with, no response, so I decided to stop calling. Figured I can live with the wrong size strut if they can live without the remaining $700. So after few months a collection lady contacted from this company. I explained the situation and she said to not worry, that the notice I received was internal and that she will have someone reach out to finish the job. I said ok. Guess what, noone ever called. So today I get a notice from county about outstanding bill and that I have 10 days to pay, and guess what, it says that the same lady that told me not to worry about last notice escalated it to county! I will be contacting her tomorrow.

Josh Kurtz was very professional and worked very quickly. He took the time to explain in detail the nature of the issue and the fix that was applied. In addition, the price point was better than the other competitors, making the overall experience very smooth.

We needed belts replaced on our garage doors. We spoke with a few companies by phone including Overhead Door Company regarding cost to install 2 belts which we had already purchased. The customer service reps at Overhead Door were a pleasure to deal with and very professional. They provided detailed pricing with no upselling involved and communicated this pricing to the technician prior to his arrival. Luis did a wonderful job repairing my garage door. He was knowledgeable and didn’t try to oversell anything. Gave me some suggestions about how to repair some small panel damage. We’ve been here eight months but will always use OHD

Had company come out and install new opener and insulated door. The tech was awesome and very thorough, even adjusting weatherstripping so it would not interfere with positioning of the halloween lights the wife had put up around the door. Finished product is well worth the money and whisper quiet opening and closing.

I could even choose the time frame. The technician came and quickly found the problem- a broken spring. He was able to fix it in under half an hour.

I called about replacing springs and Cassie gave me clear pricing and info about what to expect. I knew what I wanted and scheduled a service call.
Chad arrived (early) the next day and I showed him my issue. He checked things out and went to work. Less than 1.5 hours later he was done and things were running as smooth as silk. Springs changed, door lubed & adjusted, and the fair price I had heard the day before. He commented on some of the things that go on - upselling, warranty ‘levels’ for springs, and scare tactics. Said they get a lot of work after the competition has made a visit.
Only 4 years here so I’m building my list of contractors & service folks. These guys are on my go-to list!

Luis Is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Within a matter of minutes Luis was able to diagnose and correct the issue with the motor on our Overhead Door.
(The motor had power, but would not start)
Luis reprogramed the system and also did an overall inspection and lubrication of The entire door. I expect to seldom need service on my Overhead Door. But if I do, I will definitely request Luis to do the job.

They installed the original garage 50 years ago on our house . The few times I have had trouble over the years they have come out and repaired it. I’m sure they’ve probably changed owners over the years but the guys who come out and do the work or fantastic they’re fast and they’re very professional and nice. My only problem this time was I used their online booking service because it broke a spring on Sunday. they allowed me to book an appointment for Monday afternoon. Sent me a confirmation email and then never showed up !! but after calling the company that evening they rescheduled me for Wednesday. I would not recommend you using their web site to book an appointment because it’s unreliable but once you get passed that, they’re great
