It took me a year to find a pool company who would actually clean, test and treat my pool consistently. I have used this company for 9 months now and I have had nothing but great service from their staff. Thanks to Chris and Terra for their professional weekly service.

I have been using Aquarius for the last couple of months. As a new pool owner. I needed some guidance for keeping the pool clean. My pool has never looked better and is swim ready. 🏊‍♀️

Best friendly, knowledgeable, and honest staff. Products are priced fair. They walk you thru step by step with a friendly smile never making you feel ignorant (even if most of us doing our own pool are). Love this place. Made my pool go from green to clear with in a week but I followed their every step, trust them. They don’t try to push chemicals you don’t need.

I've had my new Jacuzzi J-315 for about 45 days now. I've been very happy with it for its relaxation/recovery ability after mountain bike rides. Going through Aquarius Pools Construction was a great experience. They were very professional and helpful in meeting my needs. Everything went perfect (ordering/purchasing, delivery, and initial setup). Every step of the process exceeded my expectations! Highly recommended for your hot tub experience.

The SERVPRO of Columbus team did an outstanding job cleaning the carpet in our elderly neighbor’s home. Her carpets hadn’t been cleaned in years and were in such poor condition that she always felt too embarrassed to invite us inside. When she returned home from an extended hospital stay, we were absolutely amazed by the transformation—the carpets looked and smelled incredible! It truly felt like stepping into a whole new home. I was very pleased with the service I got after a kitchen fire. Preston was a pleasure to work with. He was always willing to listen to my concerns and answer any questions that I had about the process.

After losing over 2 months’ time waiting on another assigned contractor to rebuild and have them back out of the job at the last minute, I was glad to just have someone come in and complete the long overdue job. I was more than pleased with the professional job completed by ServPro. My experience with all involved with the process of restoring our house was more than I ever expected. The workers were knowledgeable, professional and always courteous. The walls, ceilings, floors, everything beautifully restored this 60 plus year old family home. Special thanks to Preston who kept me informed and updated throughout the process.

Water damage. Expertly cleaned up the water, dried the floors. Furniture moved out of the way and protected with plastic sheets protecting them from dust rising from flooring removal.

Ashley O was very nice and professional. I truly like how she likes and cares about her job. Amanda P was very nice and courteous. I would recommend this business to anyone in Columbus Ga. and surrounding cities.

Discovered a leak and substantial amount of water early one Saturday morning. I called Servepro. Within a half hour the tech (Amarie ) called me back, Amarie let me know he was on his way and arrived within an hour. He worked for the next ten hours, pausing only to advise me on contacting my home insurance company and what information I needed to share with them. I think he put in a 14-hour day that Saturday. He was back early Sunday testing, and working to correct water incursion I could not see.
Since Servepro does so many jobs like this, Amarie also let my insurance adjuster know things it might have taken hours for the adjuster to find.
For days, the fans and dehumidifiers were running. I had assistance from other Servepro techs who also demonstrates the work ethic and knowledge Amarie showed. And he set a very high bar.

The (restoration) work isn’t done. But I am sure they will meet or exceed expectations following the example already set.

SERVPRO is an outstanding company and I would recommend them to everyone who has an issue with flooding and mold in their houses even if they don’t have flooding or mold issues I would still recommend them in case of future unforeseen circumstances. JOSHUA, LOGAN, DEE, and CHRISTIAN were very professional and reassured me that they would take care of me and that I had nothing to worry about. They comfort me in my time of stress! They treated me like family and showed high concern for my well-being. They treated me like family and made me very comfortable even when they were working. Thank you SERVPRO for having an outstanding team such as these guys!

Jason at Servpro was great! We needed immediate mitigation for a water claim and they arrived onsite within 30 minutes of my initial call. Jason took the time to make sure I understood each part of the process and they mitigated the loss in a timely manner. Highly recommend!
