Do not trust this company with your credit card number. They charged me over $1000 for 3 repairs, none of which were completed satisfactorily. I had to replace the washer they were supposed to repair and they tried to blame my tenant for their failure to fix it. I was told by the owner that they would resolve some of the issues and by a manager that they would correct the poorly performed work and provide a partial refund. They did neither. I reached out to them again and have received no further response. Their technician was not able to accomplish the work, the management made promises they did not keep, and the owner was not responsive. The picture is of a misaligned fridge door that was aligned before they started. I was charged twice for the repair to the refrigerator (less than 3 years old) that was left misaligned.

Stove repair the tech came and diagnosed the issue he arrived on time Telephone support was fantastic from dispatcher who kept me apprised of tech arrival to secondary support in explaining my unit was on life support 🙃overall a good experience

My whirlpool washer was acting up and Addison was very helpful in diagnosing and eventually repairing it. He answered all my concerns very thoroughly and I felt reassured through the whole process. Repair was quick and efficient. I also want to thank the office phone call team, when I called to check in on the status of the ordered replacement part they were very patient and understanding and helped keep me updated throughout the process.

Speedy, efficient and friendly repair for our washer dryer. Definitely recommend! We had not used them before but will from now on.

Washer stated acting up. Honolulu Appliance Repair Pro was super easy to contact, timely in getting back and also availability to come inspect within a few days. The technician Addison was very professional and knowledgeable. Did a tremendous job in contacting me ahead of his visit to ensure we were on the same page for the inspection, as well as, timely in letting me know of his arrival- which was well within the communicated window. I would recommend them! Price was fair for inspection. I ended up needing to replace washer and they also offer this service, which made the whole experience easy.

Services was excellent! Very satisfied and rates was very fair. Came out quick and completed job in very good time. Very knowledgeable of work needed to be done and executed to tee. Highly recommend their services and will definitely use them again👍🏼🤙🏽

This company is not trustworthy and they cannot repair Bosch refrigerators. If you have a Bosch refrigerator, do not contact them. The repair staff did not come at the time they said they would and kept delaying their arrival time. This kept happening over and over again every time I messaged him. The entire process was very confusing and I couldn’t get ahold of the repair guy.
On top of that, our repair guy made four dents in our refrigerator and never owned up to it. Our refrigerator is fairly new and I’ve been taking great care for it, so my husband and I noticed the damage immediately.
Finally, our repair guy misdiagnosed our issue with the fridge and made the wrong estimate. I was so confused and frustrated because I had no idea what was going on, and I felt terrible about it. (Repair guy said it would cost $800 to repair the compressor, but after waiting a month they said it would cost $1500.) We wasted more than a month of our time, money, and stress, and I would hate for a future customer to run into the same problems we did. I would not recommend this company to anyone, they do not have the skill, sincerity nor the empathy to properly take care of their customers.

Paid $175 to get them to come out for an assessment,
4 year old Viking refrigerator with 2nd bad hinge
Was replaced once already
The tech advised it was a roughly $50 part.
They never called or ordered part
I finally called a month later and was told no one ordered part and that it would be $1500 to replace a door hinge.
These are unethical operators

This place was great with my repairs. They did an amazing job repairing my washer for me, I can definitely say I’ll call them if something else happens,, great job!!

Disappointing experience with this company. Do Not Recommend. Minimum charge of $250 just to look at your appliance then have limited parts to make the repair requiring multiple visits and more expense to fix the issue. Rude customer service does not help much either.

The service was perfect! Ryan did an outstanding job repairing my dryer. He was very professional, friendly, and worked efficiently even though he had a very small space to work in. I really appreciate the effort he put in. Highly recommend!

BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! SUCH A RIP OFF!!! My mom paid $175 for tech to come out & diagnose the problem with washing machine not draining the water. They charged add'l $370+ to fix the lid lock & another part. Not even a week later, the washer still not working. They said she has to pay for another part that is going to cost about $200. We decided to just purchase another washer after reading other similar reviews instead of dealing with this company again! No such thing as guarantee on workmanship! Even the office workers were rude!

Amazing service and responsiveness! When I think appliance repair, I don't normally think about great customer service, but with Honolulu Appliance they completely exceeded my expectations for not just getting the repair done right and fast, but with attentive customer service. Stoked to find such a great company that I now recommend to all my friends.

This company didn’t have any parts for appliances, just for laundry machines to repair came 3 or 4 times( it tools more than 3 weeks)
At first the guy said it is done( took about 20min) so I tried to run the machine, it was same problem appeared so I called the company and they scheduled me a week after, and came again and looked again and they said have to order the parts so I was waited another week to schedule ( during the waiting time no one update it what was going on) .

Even though just for making schedule they want me to give them my credit card information also.

After I waited almost 3weeks, I contacted them and they said still waiting for the parts so I contacted another company ( EY-pro), they came right away and solved the problem at same day services and price was much better too.

I really recommend not to trust Honolulu appliances pro.

I really not satisfied their service also I lost couples of my work day because I couldn’t make my own schedule always on their schedule I have to follow.

Kazu's Repair was very helpful when I called. The person who answered quickly told us what to do. Voilà! The issue was fixed in the twinkling of an eye. We are so thankful to this business which is honest and not out to make a fast buck. This is very rare. Thank you, Kazu's.
