Kainoa performed warranty service on my KitchenAid dishwasher. He diagnosed the problem, spent more than an hour on the repair, and even corrected an additional issue that could have caused a future problem. He is knowledgeable, professional and courteous.

Terrible experience! Technician came out, did a diagnostic and never continued our request to order parts for our freezer. We had to call multiple times, sent photos twice and were only met with excuses that were plainly untrue. Got sent an invoice for the diagnostic that didn't even state the correct issue. Never again!!

Pacific Repair Services was contacted by the extended warranty company. Once they called us, we were able to schedule and appointment. The tech was able to fix our washing machine right away (part was available in his truck). He explained what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. In and out really quick.

I've had another excellent experience with Pacific Repair Services, who I've relied on for several years to fix several of my appliances. Their customer service is top-notch, and I was able to schedule a hassle-free appointment promptly. The technician was punctual, knowledgeable, very professional. He efficiently diagnosed and fixed the issues with both our washer and dryer so I could have clean under garments. I'd like to thank Francis and Vance at Pacific Repair Services for another outstanding experience. It was a pleasure working with their company again.

I recently had my oven/range repaired by Pacific Repair Service. One of the stove top burners heat selector knob was defective. The techs were very courteous, neat, clean and very knowledgeable. I am totally happy with the service I received on this repair.

I've dealt and talked with a variety of people who worked in this kind of profession and I will say that Makayla is top tier and leagues above. She is patient, follows up, is very knowledgeable, has a great memory and more importantly she is a kind person.

My experience with Pacific Repair Services couldn't have been any better, especially our technician, Kainoa. Kainoa was very respectful and knowledgeable. The entire staff, including Joyce were very patient and helpful during a very frustrating process.

Midea U-shaped AC unit FREE Recall Repair. Technician travel to/from neighbor island (Oahu based to Big Island location) so company availability was limited; however, very easy to coordinate location and timing to company schedule. Tech arrived as scheduled, found location without issues (not a common occurrence), performed inspection/repair quickly and left my unit in better than found condition (I was not there but wife & daughter were impressed). VERY PROFESSIONAL and... VERY GOOD !

Refrigerator made loud knocking sound. Cliff, Pacific Repair Services repair person, came, located the problem, and fixed it. All good!

Cliff is extremely friendly and calming. He explains well. The office staff that I spoke to, Joyce and Justina, are also friendly and calming. I called Pacific Repair Services for a repair of my GE stove. I was provided a repair/diagnostic appointment within the same week I called for a repair. Which is unheard of since the repair was located in Haleiwa. The vendor will call you to remind you of your appointment, and the technician will also call when he is close. Upon arrival, the technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. He explained the problem and ordered the required part. The repair was complete by the following week. I have used Pacific Repair Services on other appliances, and I have never been disappointed by their service and their team.
I recently learned that Pacific Repair not only repair appliances, they also sell appliances. Their prices are very good compared to other Companies (i.e. Home Depot or Lowes). You should check them out for your repair needs and/or if you need appliances.

Last week Friday your technician came to my house on Kauai to fix our refrigerator. His name was Kainoa. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite and gracious. He took time to explain the situation and the fix for it and what to expect next. He represented your Company very well.

Love this appliance repair company. Easy to call and schedule at a great price. Technician John was very professional, friendly, honest and helpful with great expertise on washers. Unfortunately my washer needs to be replaced. I have used Pacific Repair before and will certainly use them again.

We wanted to extend our sincere appreciation to John for coming out yesterday to fix our washer. He was very cordial and friendly. He also was very focused on installing the parts. He was thorough in testing to make sure that the washer was working properly before he left. John’s caring attitude positively reflects the reputation of your company. I’m evaluating for all services (3-4 appointments including today) in the past. Finally, I summarized my experience with this company to share. Two stars are deserved for the company.
Why?
1. Seriously bad Communication
a. There was no phone call or text prior to a service tech coming. When the service tech came, he told me he sent a text to my phone. I showed him my messages on my phone. No text received.
b. Three days before the appointment, I sent my message asking if there was any preparation such as clearing out spaces needed. No response at all.
c. Even when I called and left my message on the appointment date, no response came in.

Does the company seriously care about the customer service relationship?

I had an outstanding experience with Pacific Repair Services regarding warranty repair work on our Jenn Air downdraft range. Joyce, the representative I spoke with on the phone, was particularly helpful in coordinating the repair and even provided a referral for additional appliance work we needed.

The repair technicians, Jon and Shayn, were exceptional. They quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the correct parts, and offered precise recommendations to ensure our range wouldn’t encounter the same issue again. Additionally, PRS called ahead to confirm our home appointments, further demonstrating their professionalism.

Everyone I interacted with was competent and pleasant, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I am very happy to give this business a 5-star rating.

yup! Dan does not return my calls as he says he completed the fix on my refrigerator. But it is still broken. I don't get it?

Dan seems helpful until he stopped returning my calls and texts. Don’t get jerked around by him like he did to me! He took my down payment and never did the job. There’s more, just find someone else.

Dan from Appliance Pro was the only one who could make it to my house when my fridge broke. He was friendly and seemed to be working really hard to solve my problem. He found the last replacement on the island for my rear fridge panel and brought it back the next day to install. Well it turned out the front panel was also broken. So he took it to find a replacement... AND STOPPED ANSWERING MY CALLS AND TEXTS. Dan you STOLE the front of my fridge! Please get back to me so I can pay what I owe you and get my missing part.

My Mom and I first met Artem through another company he was working for when we needed to repair our washing machine. Artem quickly repaired our machine, and he even repaired it a second time when the same issue occurred again (it was rodent-related).

My Mom and I were so happy with Artem’s services that we decided to ask him to help us install railings on the back steps of our home. And then, after completing that job, Artem came inside our home to check our refrigerator, which was also experiencing cooling issues. He vacuumed the back of our refrigerator unit, then he went online to the Home Depot app and recommended a new refrigerator for our home (at a very good price).

Both our washing machine and our refrigerator are now working well enough, and we have new rails installed in our backstairs.

Artem is one of the nicest repair technicians that my Mom and I have ever dealt with. He has done extra work for us, even at the last minute, and his rates are quite reasonable compared to other repairmen on Oahu.

In short, he’s a keeper.

Very reliable, very professional, and most of all, very friendly and courteous.

Absolutely loved working with Appliance Experts Team! My cooktop glass was broken, and they replaced it quickly and professionally. Everything looks and works like new again. I really appreciated how responsive they were and how much attention they put into the details. Would happily use their services again!

Had such a great experience! My dryer stopped working and I needed it fixed ASAP. They were able to come in the same day, figured out the problem really quickly, and fixed it right away. Super easy to communicate with and just overall really reliable. I’m really happy and would 100% recommend!
