Had an issue with my washer making noise and of course when they came it didn’t make the noise but employee was patient and took the time to wait for the sound and was able to figure out the problem and order the part. On the same visit I mentioned I had an issue with my icemaker in my freezer and again he took the time to take a look. I needed a new one and he ordered the part and installed once it came in. Prices are very reasonable and staff are professional and patient!

Cliff was a good communicator, pleasant, and professional. Did a good repair job before my warranty ran out. Use pacific repair services a few years ago. They were great then, too.

the receptionist that scheduled me was friendly and even called me when there was a sooner date available to get my washer fixed. I did give full details of the problems my washer presented, so they could help service me better and quick. the day before my appointment came I got a reminder call and the time frame of when the technician will arrive. the day of my appointment I got a call from the technician saying that he's 20 minutes away. when he arrived he was friendly and fast. my washer was fixed :) Thank you Joyce and Vance

Can’t say enough good things about PACIFIC REPAIR SERVICES. While the part took some time to arrive, their crew came in and wrapped up the repair in about 10 minutes. Washer works good as new—total heroes!

The team was on time, and up front about what it would take. They spent extra time with a corrosion of our refrigerator and repaired it perfectly!

Pacific Repair Services helped me when I was in pinch with my washer/dryertwice in 1 year. Their customer service was very helpful. Their agent scheduled a repair visit quick and was able to get a technician over in a day. The technician was very professional and diagnosted issue very quickly. He repaired my washer drum the first time and replaced my dryer belt the second. Both time the repair was very quick and had no issues going forward. I'd recommend them because of their quick availability and the quality of work. I will definitely call them again if something else breaks at home.😆

I would just like to say it is refreshing to work with this company! They show up on time and are professional and clean up. Special shout out to Joyce who is always kind, considerate, she follows up and is always the sweetest on the phone. Cliff the repair is great very knowledgeable and awesome guy! Whirlpool Refer repair, Jase/Pacific Repair Service replaced the gaskets. We are very satisfied with/ the repair; Jase does good work.

I would not recommend this company.

First of all, scheduling an appointment was extremely difficult. They didn’t answer my calls a couple of times, so I left a message, but I didn’t receive a return call for a couple of days. My washer started making loud noises in December. I understand that the holiday season can cause delays, but they didn’t come to check it until mid-January. Even on the scheduled day, they were supposed to arrive in the morning but didn’t show up until early evening. After inspecting the washer, they told me they would send an estimate for the repair, but that took another week.

The repair cost ended up being significantly higher than buying a new washer, so I decided to purchase a new instead. Despite this, they still charged me $150 for the visit. I understand that if I had chosen to proceed with the repair, the fee would have been credited and service fees are standard. But $150 just to diagnose the problem seemed excessive. Strangely, two technicians came to inspect the washer. I'm not sure if they charge a flat rate for visits, but having two people felt unnecessary. one technician should have been enough for diagnosis. They only stayed for about 10 minutes, most of which was just waiting for the spin cycle to start.

Before reaching out to this company, I had contacted another repair service provider. They just asked me to send a video of the washer running before scheduling a visit. After reviewing it, they simply called me and advised that the repair would be expensive and that replacing the washer would be the better option. I should have followed their advice instead of going through this frustrating experience.

It was my mistake, but I wasted time waiting for their visit.

Jonathan was the repairman that Pacific Repair Services sent to look at my broken Whirlpool Washer. He called me prior to my appt. time to reconfirm and inform me if it was possible to come earlier if his current appt. cancelled. They did cxl. and called back and said he was available and came an hour earlier. He assessed multiple problems fairly quickly and concluded that repairing my washer may exceed the cost of buying a new one.
He told me what components were needed to be replaced and with his confirmation, I decided to replace our 3 year old washer.
I appreciated his thoroughness, professionalism, answered all of my questions and he even graduated from the same high school!

Although I waited 3 weeks to have my repairs done it was done thoroughly and Kainoa is the best.. he explained and showed me what was wrong and checked everything else to make sure all was ok.. thank you

Super Bowl weekend was over, but our washing machine decided to throw a tantrum and break down! Luckily, we called Vance, and he came to our rescue on Tuesday. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it in no time. That same night, our washer was back to its old self!

Vance was an absolute lifesaver! He was super professional and took great care of everything. He even made sure to explain everything to us in simple terms. We felt totally comfortable and confident that he was taking care of our appliance. We can’t thank him enough for his amazing service and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs appliance repair.

In July 2023, our Maytag Dryer wouldn't get hot. Joyce of Pacific Repair Services sent Vance (Service Technician) who replaced the Outlet Thermostat of our Maytag Dryer, it worked perfectly. In early 2024, Vance replaced the springs under the tub of our Maytag Washer, he very efficient, did in such a short time, and so humble and pleasant to talk to. In October 2024, another Service Technician who replaced the Temperature Control Knob Device, he was also very efficient & knowledgable in his work. Joyce did a great job in setting up the repair dates and . Since we purchased the 5 year insurance plan, there was no charge for all of the repairs. We highly recommend Pacific Repair Services for any appliance repairs.

Highly, highly Recommend this company! They honor warranty's, military friendly, provide quick service, excellent customer service, and they communicate with you the entire time. I called in for a broken washer, they confirmed warranty, had someone there within the week. Jonathan was our ROCK STAR technician, he has base access which was super convient. Came early diagnosed fast & ordered parts, returned repaired and finished...done! He had excellent customer service, super knowledgeable, informative & professional. we actually enjoyed having him. All of that to say, you won't find a better repair service on island. Trust, I tried.

They had recently come out to help us with a problem with our whirlpool fridge. They handled it super fast and the technician was amazingly helpful. We would definitely recommend them to others.

Joyce from pacific repairs scheduled for two of her techs to come out fix a problem I was having with the digits on the clock & timer on my Samsung electric range /stove. She and her techs handled things expeditiously although the part wasnt able to be replaced in which Assurant refunded me

In one word, outstanding. It was a pleasure to work with a small, local company who was so responsive to my washer repair crisis. Although Maytag (mainland) scheduled me in mid August, Pacific Repair was able to accommodate my needs, fit me in within a week, and communicated with me through the entire process.
