Jerry was our service technician for our troubling, residential ice maker today. We couldn’t have asked for a better person for the job. He is an expert in his craft - he diagnosed the problem and provided us a solution. He was also friendly, informative, and patient with my wife and I as we asked him many questions about the upkeep and cleaning of the ice maker. I called him to fix my LG washer at 7:39 am by 11:30 he was at my house by 12:00 I was washing clothes again. He was fair and honest and very reasonable. You couldn't ask for anything more. I will definitely use Goodwin for all my appliance needs...thanks for making my day😄

I just had a wonderful encounter with Brian who came to service my leaking aging Maytag washer. Bad news was a broken metal belt was not replaceable but good news is we can probably operate our old machine indefinitely with care without a fix. Brian will be my "who to call" for any future appliance issues. Add him to your list too!

I am trying to write this in a way that wont sound fake but it's going to be hard. The price was about half what I imagined, they came right away and were nice and personable. Absolutely recommend!

Brian responded immediately to repair our freezer. With his great positive attitude, he was also willing to look at our dishwasher, which just before his arrival was giving us problems. Our stacking dryer had been making a loud intermittent bumping noise. Brian & Noni diagnosed the issue easily, and did an efficient repair. The price was reasonable, and they were a delight to deal with. I highly recommend them.

Goodwin Appliance Repair was able to send out a technician the next day of me calling. What a relief as I would have had to wait a week for someone else. We had a time set and about an hour before the scheduled time I received a courtesy call from Brian saying he'd be about a half hour late. Not a problem as I was keeping myself busy and could use the extra time. The heads up call was very much appreciated. When he arrived I explained the situation and he went right to work. Problem was solved in no time and I was up and running again. This was for a stackable washer/dryer. Thanks Brian.

Our fridge broke & Brian was able to come out next day to help us. He's ethical, honest, knows his stuff & is a very nice person! He will definitely be our go-to guy for other repair needs. Also, we are happy to be doing business with a former serviceman. Thank you, Brian!!

Brian and Nani were on time for our appointment to check out 7 year old Kenmore dryer. He took entire dryer apart, found defective fuse and had dryer working. Brian also found that my foil vent had fallen off I needed new one. Really cost efficient -great deal!!

Honest and trustworthy guy, and super flexible. He came out, with his wife, on a Saturday morning to evaluate our washer. He advised me that it would be more expensive to pay him to repair the unit, rather than purchasing a new one all together. You never that kind of honesty now a days!

To top it off, since he did not repair anything, he charged me nothing. Nothing!! After coming out on a Saturday morning, even when I was late to meet him. Zero charge. I am so impressed with that integrity, I will never use another repair company for my washer and dryer.

Brian and Nani came to our house the next day after calling with a dryer repair. They showed up on time, work was completed within 45 min. and I had a working dryer again. They had all parts on hand. Would highly recommend!!
