Brian repaired or recommended replacement for the washer, dryer, stove, and refrigerator in the house I rent. He's fixed the heating element and belt on my 20 year old dryer so we can go another 20. Replaced the seals on my refrigerator doors. Replace the rusted out oven door frame. Couldn't save the washer of indeterminate age. I think it's really refreshing that he fixes what makes sense to fix and advises with explanations if it doesn't make sense. He's always been on time and even worked jobs in when others cancelled or didn't take much time. Just a really refreshing, professional and kind experience all four+ times!

Richard did an excellent job of getting the ice maker working again. The issue seemed to be the earlier defrosting, which must have fried the temp sensor. The new wiring took care of that problem.
Richard wrote me a new billing removing the second ice maker, which he took with him. He said that I should expect a refund to my credit card.
